6 Studio LED X Series QuartzColor introduces Studio LED X Series, a high performing professional LED Fresnel spotlight range for the television and the lighting industry. One-for-one replacement The Studio LED X Series light output is equivalent to a traditional halogen source and permits a one-for-one replacement without compromises in the quality of the light: same brightness, same smoothness, same even and shadowless illumination as you expect from a traditional Fresnel spotlight. DMX RDM control The Studio LED X Series is RDM, providing bi-directional feedback and the possibility to assign and address all fixtures remotely in a DMX network. Electronic dimming 16bit The Studio LED X Series is fully dimmable 0 100%, up to 16 bit for a more accurate and precise dimming. On-board control A local potentiometer allows to control light intensity manually with rapidity and precision. The dimming level is shown in the display. LCD graphic display LCD graphic display with high resolution images showing operational data such as: system status, internal temperature, current DMX settings, dimming level both in remote and manual mode. The back of the light of the display can be deactivated. On-board USB port Through an on-board USB it is possible to upgrade the release of the firmware, make a check up of the fixture, change the system parameters. Retrofit kit upgrade existing lanterns A retrofit kit with preassembled led system is available to quickly and easily upgrade existing studio lanterns. Just remove four screws and replace the lamp module with the new led engine! You will upgrade your studio lighting system with a minimum investment. (except LED X2) Cost savings The investment in LED fixtures will bring immediate benefits in terms of savings: dramatically reduced power consumption, life of LED engine of hours vs 150 hours of halogen lamps, reduced AC requirements, no dimmers required, practically no maintenance and spare parts required due to the lack of heat. Housing The Housing is designed for rugged and durable use, in formed sheet steel with aluminum, extrusions and die cast components which are painted using a highly mechanical and corrosion resistant textured black epoxy powder paint. In critical areas special extra High Temperature treatment is used. 6

12 Retrofit Kits Quickly and easily upgrade the old lighting system with the new energy efficient LED technology by retrofitting the traditional Fresnel Bambino and Studio lighting fixtures. Just remove four screws to separate the top of the housing from the bottom and replace the whole bottom part with the new one preassembled with LED engine. 20 LED 1120 DMX Dual Color LUPOLED 1120 DMX DUAL-COLOR are revolutionary LED panels with 1120 high CRI LEDs (CRI>94), made especially for photography, video and TV studios. LUPOLED 1120 DMX DUAL-COLOUR panels can manually be set to any color temperature between 3.200K and 5.600K, just by rotating the control knob at the back of the fixture. This direct operating option enables immediate adaptation to any shooting condition. Additionally the color temperature can be visualized on the digital display at the back of the fixture. The luminous intensity level is adjustable from 0 to 100% using the second control knob at the back of the fixture. Control of the color temperature between 3.200K and 5.600K and of the luminous intensity can be obtained using a DMX control desk as well. A special battery (weight only 600g) provides about 3 hours of illumination at full power. LUPOLED 1120 DMX DUAL-COLOUR panels are the most advanced solution for photography, video and TV studios. Using LED source technology combined with a properly shaped asymmetrical reflector, the PLCYC1 delivers consistent light distribution without the compromising performance of vertical or horizontal spreader lenses. A key benefit of the PLCYC1 is that it is no longer necessary to change lamps or mix the color on the cyclorama using multiple fixtures. One source allows multiple colors. Fading between colors is seamless and allows designers a new level of creativity. Fewer fixtures to cover the cyclorama, less power and no dimmer circuits makes the PLCYC1 the obvious choice for lighting a medium sized cyclorama. 25 Topas LED Soft Lights The new Topas LED luminaires, manufactured by Systec, are the recommended lighting solution for TV studios whenever soft lights with best light quality and power efficiency are requested. They have a consistent light distribution over a wide beam angle. The light output can be controlled by an on-board controller or a DMX-capable lighting control device. The selected DMX channel is shown on a big display. Every luminaire is equipped with PowerCON connectors for mains IN / OUT and XLR-5p connectors for DMX IN / OUT. This allows a daisy chain of several luminaires. A large range of accessories, like gelframes, barndoors and egg crates, ensure a flexible integration into any TV studio for various applications. The new Topas LED luminaires can be used with yokes, ball heads or other accessories from Topas fluorescent luminaires. The housings are made of aluminum and their design guarantees best cooling conditions without using fans, a very important premise for constant color temperature. An innovative power management prevents luminaires from overheating. Four power versions (100W - 160W - 230W - 300W) with color temperature of 3000K, 5700K or bicolor are available in MO (manual operated yoke), PO (pole operated yoke) or LO (location, with ball head) sets. 77 Suspension Control Systems Enhanced Studio Control System Main Features The ESC system (Enhanced Studio Control) provides universal, modular control system for the complete range of fixed mounted or power track mounted hoists, that complies with the relevant safety standards DIN and the Machinery Directive 98/37/EC. This control system allows a comfortable operation of suspension equipment and is a powerful tool for controlling large installations. The ESC follows the directive: easy planning, easy installation, and comfortable and safe operation. The ESC is able to control a high number of even different type of hoists with up to three axis: vertical, horizontal, and rotation. Variable speed is available for precise positioning and smooth acceleration. This allows a cost effective grid construction and extends lifetime of hoists and equipment attached. Depending on configuration, different levels of emergency operation are provided. Control consoles are tailored to the customers needs as wall mounted or desktop style. A big screen monitor shows the topographic layout of the studio and informs about any changes of the hoist status or position in real time. Robust remote controls with long standing battery operation allow a flexible setup of studio scenery and lighting equipment, and can be added as needed. Standard control operations, group and memory functions are handled with intuitive touch screen operations from control panel or handheld remote control. Privilege levels can be assigned to different types of users, like scenery or studio lighting personnel.
