It is a true broadband High Speed Data (HSD) system with unlimited growth potential. It can deliver global video streaming and hundreds of radio stations in any language even when flying over any ocean. With features such as video conferencing, you can talk and see the other person through the Internet in real time and conduct Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) calls for free. Send and receive from your BlackBerry or laptop. Access your secure company virtual private network (VPN). All these features are included in one low-cost monthly plan (global plan) with unlimited monthly use for $6,000 USD. I-Ku Gold distribution portion will require the approval of local Airworthiness Authority. EASA certification is expected in Q IAL I-CAIR Air Data Purifying System The I-CAIR system is derived from patented "cold plasma ionic interaction" technology as pioneered in space and used today on the International Space Station. Unlike traditional cabin air filters, the Bio-Protection System is an active design, meaning that it uses an electrical sterilization technique in order to catch and inactivate air contaminants. In addition to its germicidal effect, this technique has the further advantage of simultaneous reduction of a wide range of harmful and annoying gases, against which traditional air filters have no affect. Innotech is the only service center that has TC, FAA and EASA certification and obtained a multiple use STC for the I-CAIR system for the Global Express. IAL Corner Cabinet 32 HD Monitor The installation of the corner cabinet in the aft cabin section include features like a 32 HD monitor, Audio/Video access through HDMI and USB port, storage for carry on audio equipment including; Plug in monitors, ipads. IAL Monitor Pivot feature Innotech can provide a Pivot feature of 30 Degrees out for the Aft cabin bulkhead mounted monitor for better viewing from the divan position. Modification includes customization of the monitor surrounds and cavity.

3 IAL Enhanced mood Lighting System Installation of the enhanced mood lighting system with high efficiency RGB LED light throughout the cabin. Multiple selection of variable light color temperatures and dimming features for desired lighting ambiance. IAL SkyPad Gold - Media Management System SkyPad combines state-of-the-art audio/video compression and distribution technology with Cloud computing, and provides a complete system for content loading, management and playback. The SkyPad system provides a lightweight and easy-to-use platform to manage your aircraft in-cabin entertainment. The SkyPad system can be installed as a stand-alone media system on any aircraft or can be integrated with any current high-speed satellite system and wireless router. The SkyPad Gold (dual zone) system includes: 6 SkyPads - ipad controllers, 2 VIP and 4 guests 2 SkyServer - Distribution Units 1 SkyLocker -Media Vault (SkyServer core application) 1 -Terrestrial Content Management Software* *This is the Windows 7 software you need to install at the office to download movies on the hard drives from your office computer. It comes on a USB Pen and is an $825 value that we give to each customer with the SkyPad system. Customer also needs the hard drive docking station to connect to the office computer to perform the movie file updates. 4 Section 2 Equipment Options IAL Engine covers Loose equipment These engine covers require just less than 5 minutes per engine to install. Being of light weight material, they fit in a small bag and come with two telescopic poles, one 8 and one 12 for easier and safer installation. Both the front and back covers are attached and must be installed in pairs. These covers are made with a venting system and condensation breather and are available in several colors. Aircraft Pictures may vary slightly to match aircraft configuration and design detail. IAL IAL Entrance Canopy The canopy protects personnel and the aircraft interior from the environment. It is positioned to cover the main entrance door area, reducing ingress of wind, precipitation and sunlight to the interior. Lightweight and durable, the canopy is quickly deployed or broken down and can be stowed in the baggage compartment as loose equipment. It's offered in various colors to compliment the aircraft livery. Lavatory Bidet installation Install a bidet in the rear lavatory toilet location The automatic water bidet is incorporated into the rear toilet assembly. The toilet surround is modified to incorporate stowage for the retractable bidet nozzle. The water from the bidet nozzle uses a pre-mixed electrically controlled water temperature. 5 IAL Main Cabin Seats Massage feature Innotech Aviation is currently offering a fully reclinable Global Express main cabin seat with independent or full leg, back and neck massage and heating capabilities. The armrest mounted touch screen control panel is easy to operate and comes equipped with individual user memory settings that are tailored to each individual. Seat is fully automated and offers full lie-flat position of 80 inches long for resting. IAL Bed installation Aft Cabin Configuration Innotech Aviation has developed and certified the ultimate rest and relaxation bed for your Global Express aft cabin configuration. The state of the art mattress technology completely reclines and stows into the side divan, with dimension of 45 wide by 80 long. IAL Main Cabin Carpet Optional selection Innotech can offer a multiple variety of standard cabin carpet design based on standard product up to customized configuration and luxury fiber combination Cabin carpet and spare carpet provided. Luxury fibers are available from 100% sustainable and renewable natural sources. New Zealand Wool This fiber offers beauty, warmth, and durability along with the remarkable benefits of being easy to clean, fire-resistant, and able to remove contaminants from the air. 6 IAL Cabin Modification 16G Divan Installation of a 16G 3-Place berthing Divan - The divan can be installed as a single divan in the mid cabin area and as a single or dual divan configuration in the aft cabin area. The divan can be finished in a variety of leather or fabric textures and colours that are smoke, flame resistant. IAL Cabin Modification Club Seating Installation of two wide single seats and pull-out table, as well as associated shell components. IAL High Definition 24 Monitor This option installs an additional 24 High Definition monitor flush mounted on a bulkhead. The adaptor is required to allow exterior filling of the water tanks. The fill adapter is complete with an inline ball valve that allows full control of the flow of water by the technician at the A/C service port. (We procure and build the kit in-house upon demand). 7 IAL Lavatory Purge Adaptor Kit The lavatory purge adaptor kit allows a connection to the lavatory system with conventional hose coupling to the OEM lavatory service port for a complete rinse and sanitation of the lavatory system. The fill adapter is complete with an inline ball valve that allows full control of the flow of water by the technician at the A/C service port. (We procure and build the kit in-house upon demand). 8 Section 3 Supplemental Type Certificate Listing IAL Runway Area Awareness System (RAAS ) SA10-34 Upgrade of the operating software of the existing Honeywell EGPWS computer to a later version with RAAS functionality activated. It's installed in accordance with Innotech Aviation Modification Data Summary Number. IAL Navigation Light LED Lights Upgrade Navigation lights with high efficiency LED lights. LED lighting is the ideal technology for aviation application. STC Availability TBD *Price will be provided on request.

9 Section 4 Exterior Paint IAL Teflon Paint / Chafe tape Teflon paint will be applied over the base coat. Teflon coating prevents abrasion and chafing. A coat will also be applied on the top of the flaps where there is contact with the trailing edge of the wing when the flaps are in full up position. Chafe tape will be applied to the horizontal and vertical stabilizer leading edges, if required. Leading edges of the antennas and other high wear abrasion area will have chafe tape applied.
