6 SYSTEM SOLUTIONS EMBEDDED-SYSTEMS Modular systems Micropack The Micropack power supply systems are designed for simple applications from a stand-alone rectifier module on a DIN rail through to systems with four rectifiers, battery and load breakers in addition to a control unit with monitoring via Ethernet port. The modular design permits installation on a DIN rail provided by the customer. Minipack systems The Minipack systems are compact units (1U or 2U/19 /250 mm). The smallest Minipack system (1U/19 /250 mm) has a max. output power of 48 V/1600 W/33 A and features battery and consumer distribution in addition to a control unit with a Compack controller. The 2U systems (19 /250 mm) with 4 x Minipack (3200 W) and 6 x Minipack (4800 W) offer advanced functions and customised consumer distribution. Flatpack S systems The Flatpack S systems are characterised by their extremely compact dimensions and high efficiency. The systems are ideally suited for applications in confined spaces or in switch cabinets. The modular design offers optimum flexibility. In a 1U subrack (19 /250 mm), it is possible to accommodate a rectifier power of up to 3 kw, 3 options for consumer distribution, 2 battery disconnectors, battery low voltage disconnect plus an alarm and battery monitoring system. Hybrid solutions The Eltek hybrid solution for supplying power to stand-alone and grid-connected sites. The modular design means that the systems are scalable and can be optimally adapted to the specific requirements. The Eltek Smartpack2 Controller acts as a central control and monitoring unit for the entire system incl. remote access. The hybrid system integrates the grid, photovoltaics, wind power in addition to fuel cells and generators as power supply sources. The high availability and the high-efficiency technology of all the Eltek components guarantee a reduction in energy costs. The lower consumption of fossil fuels reduces CO² emissions and actively contributes towards the protection of the environment.

7 SYSTEM SOLUTIONS EMBEDDED-SYSTEMS Flatpack2 systems from compact to very large Flatpack2 systems are suitable for a broad range of telecom applications. The systems feature an excellent modular design, which, thanks to the use of 2000/3000 W modules with a high efficiency and a cooling system, permit a power of up to 96 kw /144 kw in switch cabinets. In a 2U subrack (19 /380 mm), it is possible to accommodate a power of up to 8 kw, 6 load distributors with disconnectors, 2 battery disconnectors, 1 control unit, battery low voltage disconnect, load disconnection at low voltage and an alarm moni-toring system. Flatpack2 Integrated 19 HE The integrated 19 2U power supply is built around the Flatpack2 rectifier and is designed for applications such as switchgear, telecom, emergency lighting and alarm systems. Its compact design and simple installation make it a powerful 19 power supply package. The rectifier`s wide DC output range makes it suitable for parallel peration with all types of stationary batteries, including lead acid, or nickel cadmium types. Wallbox Micropack The Micropack Wallbox is designed for industrial and telecom applications with power requirements in the range of W. Its compact design, simple installation and optional internal backup batteries make it a real micro DC backupsystem. Also available as Flatpack2 version.
