1 AVK-950 HDMI/VGA Extender over Gigabit Ethernet (with USB, RS-232, IR, Remote On/Off options) The AVK-950 is a perfect solution for HDMI/VGA Full HD Extender over Gigabit Ethernet with USB/IR/RS-232 and remote power On/Off options. The system includes AV-950T Transmitter and AV-950R Receiver. The Transmitter connects to PC or Blu-ray player for the HDMI/DVI/VGA input source, the Receivers connect to display, speaker, microphone, and USB devices. This solution is based on the standard Gigabit Ethernet IP technology, any Gigabit Ethernet LAN switches can be used for the inter-connection between the Transmitters and Receivers. It is perfect for Full HD extension applications, like informational displays, entertainment, boardrooms, courtrooms, medical, military, and education digital signage. Features Support Full HD video 1080p and PC 1920 x 60Hz resolution. Based on Gigabit Ethernet IP Technology, any standard Gigabit Ethernet switches can be used for inter-connection. Easy cabling, easy installation, easy maintenance. Support one-to-one (unicast) and one-to-many (multicast) mode for Audio/Video real time broadcasting. Also supports many- to-many mode for group broadcasting if the Ethernet switch has the IGMP function. AV-950R: Support 4 x USB for the KVM extension, you can attach keyboard, mouse, storage at the Receiver site to control the PC at the Transmitter site. Built-in USB sound card, you can connect speaker and microphone at the Receiver and it works as PC sound card. Both HDMI/VGA Transmitter and Receivers are available. Support IR option, you can use the IR remote controller at Receiver site to control the set-top box at the Transmitter site. Support RS-232 bridge option, you can send RS-232 data in between PC and screens in Multicast or Unicast mode. Support remote Power ON/OFF option, you can remote switch On/Off the Transmitter s PC. Pure hardware design, plug-and-play, no additional software installation is required. Windows based Management Software is available for Transmitters/Receivers connection and Video-Wall management. Windows based Setting Software is available to configure the IP address, Multicast/Unicast, RS-232 baud rate, video-wall enable/disable, FCC, CE, RoHS.

7 For Video Wall: The AV-950 provides a Windows based AV950Manager program to configure multiple Receivers as a single Video-Wall Receiver. For example, you can configure 4 x Receivers as one 2x2 Video-Wall, or 9 x Receivers as one 3x3 Video-Wall.
