14 E-GOVERNMENT POLICY AND PROGRAM Key e-government Program and Projects: Mongolian National Data Center was established by Government Resolution 183th that issued on June 24th 2009 and MNDC is funded by Government, responsible for stability, security, reliability of Mongolian national electronic data system; Launching of e-kiosk machines, 2013; Creation of Call Center, 2014; UBIT Initiative : Smart Ulaanbaatar City Program, ; Expansion of National Backbone Network to Soums level (Rural areas), development of public key infrastructure as well as establishment of XYP data exchange platform among government organizations, ; Smart Government Project, The world Bank, ;

20 E-GOVERNMENT INTERNATIONAL POLICY COOPERATION AND PROGRAM Smart Government Project: The Parliament of Mongolia approved a law on Smart Government Project Financial Agreement between Mongolia and IDA on July 9, Component 1: Enhancing civic engagement; Component 2: Enabling Foundations for SMART Government ; Component 3: Enabling Open Data; Component 4: Project Implementation Support; BENEFICIARY AGENCIES: Cabinet Secretariat of GoM, National Statistical Office, Communications and Information Technology Authority, Communications Regulatory Commission, General Authority for Intellectual Property and State Registration DURATION: , 20 mln USD

21 UBIT INITIATIVE: SMART ULAANBAATAR Ulaanbaatar City Initiative of the Smart Ulaanbaatar: Smart Ulaanbaatar Program, City Government, ; UB Smart Bus Project, Ulaanbaatar Data Center were established and connected to National Data Center, 2016; Every local Government of the City connected to Integrated Network (all 153 local primary units); New 12 e-public services were introduced, 2017 ( Data Base for Ulaanbaatar City Digital Maps, 2017 (

26 CONCLUSION Sharing ICT sector development policy targets and vision including Smart city projects of both countries Mongolia and Taiwan; To exchange new technology development and implementation experiences; The future of standardization will be driven by 5G, IoT including SSC, IA and Trust as enablers supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals; Supporting the take up of digital technologies in non-digital sectors; To establish networks and partnerships the during 17-th Joint Meeting to enhance collaboration between government, city leaders, professional partners within the framework of Smart City Initiatives and programs (CIECA and MNCCI), Taiwanese industry and other development partner supports; HRD and Capacity Building, and to organize joint seminar, forum, WG meetings on SC;
