2 A PRESENTATION BY The Information Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka is the single apex body involved in ICT policy, direction and development for the nation. It operates within the mandate of the Ministry of Telecommunication and Digital Infrastructure and comprises representatives from numerous Ministries, enabling rapid approval of projects and initiatives.
