20 Business Outlook (as of May 16, 213) The Company expects 2Q13 revenue to be increased by approximately 1% to 14%, as compared to 1Q13. ChipMOS continues to expect that 1Q13 revenue will be the trough for the year, followed by sequential growth in each quarter of 213, with FY13 revenue coming in higher than FY12. The Company expects 2Q13 gross margin on a consolidated basis to be in the range of approximately 14% to 18%. The Company anticipates depreciation and amortization expenses for 2Q13 to be approximately US$29 million. Operating expenses are expected to be approximately 6% to 7% of revenues in 2Q13. The Company projects CapEx spending to be approximately US$32 million in 2Q13, with CapEx spending for the full year 213 to be approximately US$1 million. Common shares at the end of 2Q13 are expected to be approximately 29 million. 2
