In addition, expert advice is available to select, design and operate the ideal system to meet a building s specific HVAC requirements. EcoSet A prepackaged solution which optimizes the chilled water set point to match the building load and ambient conditions. Savings in energy consumption of up to 10% are achievable for air-cooled or water-cooled chillers. OptiPlant By sequencing two air-cooled chillers and pumps to operate only as required with the purpose of meeting the cooling load, it is possible to achieve 15% or more savings in energy consumption and operating costs. Chiller Plant Manager Trane Chiller Plant Manager is an advanced pre-engineered controls solution for multiple chiller applications. By balancing the optimal number of chillers against the load, system efficiency is improved and component run time reduced, resulting in less energy consumption and lower operating costs. Savings of up to 20% are typical. Chiller Plant Optimizer Trane Chiller Plant Optimizer maximizes the performances of chiller plants with multiple energy strategies. Typically a building automation system that is complex to use seldom achieves the energy and operational efficiencies as the capabilities of the systems are not fully utilized. Trane s Building Management System (BMS) only requires limited settings with predefined functions such as time-of-day schedule, automatic set point reset, zone management or alarms menu. Buildings often require rearrangement of their internal space. Trane s highly flexible system is simple to reconfigure and customize in order to match the evolving needs of the occupants.
