2 Company Introduction and Overview Brandis Industries Pty Ltd is a Queensland owned and operated Specialist Electrical Service Provider to the High Voltage Electrical Power Industry with a focus on providing quality, professional and timely technical services and expertise. Established in 2007 by Company Director Cameron Brandis and business partner Shanan Brandis, Brandis Industries business culture is based around the ideals of honesty, professionalism, integrity and accountability. These ideals form the platform of our entire business and remains the focus today. The business continually develops, sustains and manages it s exceptionally strong growth and has a targeted growth plan to ensure longevity. 3 Our Capabilities Our business operations comprise 4 key areas: 1. High Voltage System Services: Specialist testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, handover, and maintenance services of all aspects of HV, MV and LV electrical installations. Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of new installations ( Greenfield projects ) and extensions/additions to existing installations ( Brownfield projects ) Highly experienced and recommended across all aspects of Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Mining, Electrified Rail and Heavy Industry electrical systems Testing of specialised primary and secondary equipment including Static Var Compensators, Harmonic Filters and reactive plant (Capacitor Banks and Shunt Reactors) Protection scheme testing, including all major manufacturers equipment and all protection schemes. Our experience covers all technologies ranging from electro-mechanical systems, electronic systems, numerical based systems and the latest in IEC61850 based systems. SCADA system pre-commissioning and commissioning. Substation equipment testing including Power Transformers, Switchgear, Instrument Transformers, Cables, Neutral Earthing Reactors, Neutral Earthing Resistors and HV Motors. Testing of Auxiliary systems including DC Battery systems, UPS systems, AC Changeover Systems and Isolation systems Full performance testing of electrical earthing systems to ensure safe and correct operation. These tests include Step and touch voltage measurements, Earth grid impedance, current distribution, earth potential rise, transferred potential measurements and connection resistance

4 Our Capabilities (continued) 2. Specialist Personnel Services: Provision of specialised, professional personnel to assist with client projects, maintenance works or periods of peak workload. We provide numerous personnel to existing clients including Ergon Energy, Powerlink Queensland, and QGC. Our personnel integrate into the client team to assist in achieving project milestones or maintenance targets. 3. Test Equipment Hire: We offer a large range of test equipment for hire on a daily weekly, or ongoing basis. Our equipment is the latest in technology and all equipment is provided with calibration certificate and remote technical support if required. Equipment available for hire covers reputable manufacturers including Omicron, Megger, HV Diagnostics, HV Inc, Fluke, Hioki, Megger, Kyoritsu, Red Phase Instruments and Yokogawa. 4. Extended services: Through our network of industry partners we can offer additional services to extend our capability to deliver a true one stop shop, encompassing all aspects of High Voltage electrical power systems. These extended services include design, installation, asset management, project management, asset refurbishment and de commissioning

Our people adhere to these company management systems which have been developed to assist in the efficient and professional delivery of our services. Our team consists of experienced and qualified Protection Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Project Managers, Protection and Test Technicians, A Grade Electricians and office based support staff. To work together with our clients to deliver valuable outcomes and build our client reputation Track Record and Current Projects Several key projects currently underway or recently completed: Schneider Electric/Thiess: Moreton Bay Rail Link Project Project Scope: Completion of all testing and integration of HV equipment associated with the establishment and electrification of 14km of twin line QR owned rail network between Petrie and Kallangur, Qld. The project scope includes Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and Integration of all new High Voltage equipment to the existing rail network and control system, including a new 33/25 kv Feeder Station at Petrie and new 33kV to 25kV feeder station at Rothwell, both North of Brisbane. Bechtel: Gladstone LNG Project Project Scope: Completion of HV and LV Electrical Equipment Testing and Commissioning Works, associated with the construction of the Santos Owned 2 Train Liquefied Natural Gas Plant on Curtis Island, Gladstone, QLD. The project scope covered pre-commissioning testing and commissioning assistance to Bechtel for all site power generation systems, 6.6kV and 11kV distribution systems, HV Power transformers and LV Distribution system Laing O Rourke (principal Aurizon): Bauhinia Rail Electrification Project Project Scope: Completion of all HV equipment testing and commissioning activities associated with the electrification of 107 km of Aurizon owned rail network between Blackwater and Rolleston, Qld. Power systems infrastructure tested and commissioned by Brandis Industries under

7 Track Record and Current Projects (continued) the project included a new 50kV Track sectioning yard at Kinrola Junction and new 132kV to 50kV Feeder station at Memooloo, approx 70kM south of Blackwater. Bechtel: Queensland Curtis LNG Project, Gladstone, QLD Project Scope: All HV and LV Power System Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Works, HV Auditing and Hazardous Area auditing associated with the 2 Train Liquefied Natural Gas Plant under construction on Curtis Island. Project works include all High Voltage equipment testing and commissioning for the entire site, encompassing Black Start Generation systems, Gas Turbine Generation systems, High Voltage switchgear and associated protection and control systems, Transformers, Cables and high capacity LV system switchgear. Technical assistance with commissioning works and handover to the client. High Voltage Auditing and Hazardous Area Auditing of all electrical systems on site to ensure correct installation and compliance with Queensland electrical safety legislation Schneider Electric (France): QCLNG Project remediation works, Gladstone, QLD Project Scope: Remediation work of HV and LV electrical equipment installed at the QCLNG project site on behalf of Schneider Electric. Electrical & mechanical remedial works to HV and LV equipment on behalf of the vendor prior to acceptance for pre commissioning. Remedial works included repair of equipment damaged in transit and modifications to equipment as a result of design changes and compliance requirements with respect to Australian standards and codes. Aurizon: Electrified Rail System HV Equipment Condition Assessment, Central Qld Region Project Scope: Electrical testing and condition assessment of existing 50kV electrical equipment across 18 sites. Condition assessment of HV equipment that included a full suite of electrical and mechanical tests and inspections to determine the condition of the electrical assets. Upon completion compile and analyse results and report recommendations to the client. Schneider Electric (Australia): Wotonga Rail Project Factory Acceptance Testing Project Scope: Factory acceptance testing of 3 pre-fabricated modular 50kV Switch-rooms to be installed into the Aurizon rail network. Full factory acceptance testing and hand over of prefabricated switchrooms, switchgear and associated protection and control equipment to ensure quality, safety and correct functionality prior to dispatch to site. Powerlink Queensland and Ergon Energy: Provision of Specialist Personnel, SE Qld and Central Qld Project Scope: Provision of experienced HV Technicians to integrate into Ergon Energy and Powerlink HV Field service crews. This enables our clients to cope with peak workload periods, in turn assisting to meet project and maintenance requirements as part of current capital and maintenance programs.
