Organizational Changes in the Systems Objectives and Contents: As the rechargeable battery business is showing a rapid expansion mainly spurred by automotive lithium-ion batteries, the energy business structure will be reorganized with the aim of achieving further growth of the business. Specifically, the Energy Solution will be established by integrating the Portable Rechargeable Battery Unit and the Energy Storage Systems Unit, both of which are currently under the Rechargeable Battery. The Automotive Battery Unit will be reorganized to establish the Automotive Energy. The Tesla Unit will be reorganized to establish the Tesla Energy. This new structure will allow the efficient use of development resources and accelerate the growth strategy. 9.
