We design and operate utility network solutions for house builders and land developers nationwide and are the industry s first choice. Established in 1995, we have the experience and ability to respond to our customers ever-changing needs, with our networks serving over one million homes nationally, we continue to lead the way. We deliver: tailored utility solutions for new developments GTC provides comprehensive and essential utility infrastructure solutions for both new housing and commercial developments. We provide a combination of the traditional and sustainable products, offering a complete range of utility solutions. We design, install and operate our own new networks for: Gas Electric Water & Wastewater* Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) District Energy Our team of in-house utility experts create bespoke design solutions for every development whatever its type or size and however complex. As part of our group: Power On Connections specialises in more complex electricity requirements, providing full turnkey delivery solutions. Metropolitan combines future-proof District Energy solutions and traditional utility networks. We share the same goals as our clients to deliver new homes safely, smoothly, on schedule and within budget. *Water networks are not always owned by GTC.

GTC is a fully Lloyds accredited multi-utility provider holding GIRS, NERS, WIRS and MURS. We are also a CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) registered company and accredited to the NHBC safemark scheme.
