The system posts a warning, which alerts all personnel of a lockdown. Video is posted to multiple locations. First responders are notified; a solution is triggered to begin a virtual talk group for collaboration. In parallel, sensor information and public sources are displayed on a common operating picture. A message is displayed on the platform s dashboard. The commander decides whether to send mass alerts for preparation. The solution alerts water operations officials and then restricts additional supplies from the contaminated source(s). Regionwide notifications are sent to officials, hospitals, and first responders for medical/evacuation consequences. Warnings automatically post to the CDC, which initiates a WebEx session for planning and collaboration with officials.
