6 Planning Process for RTCC Planning and research for the project began in February of 2013 Tours of existing Real Time Crime Centers in Chicago, Memphis and Kansas City Used existing SLMPD resources to prove the technology works
7 Mission of Real Time Crime Center To build one of the most advanced facilities in the country for monitoring, evaluating and deterring criminal activity in real time. We pledge to continually develop new strategies designed to interdict criminal behavior in our community through maximization of available technologies and in-house development.
