The process and design scheme of IETM system based on GJB6600 standard was introduced in this paper, and automatic control equipment maintenance was studied with IETM data description and storage technology,the data description scheme, data storage and query framework were established, realized the conversion from XML data to relational database, and the small IETM browsing prototype was developed. This project had important significance to shorten the maintenance time and improve the efficiency of equipment protection. Introduction Interactive electronic technical manual refers to translate the traditional paper technical information into digital form, then stored in the computer, and then by the appropriate software in a particular display mode to browse software system. In order to realize the function of IETM, many countries have formulated the corresponding standard, in order to realize the IETM information sharing, data interoperability, in 2009 China also release the top design military standard of equipment interactive electronic technical manuals: GJB6600. According to GJB6600 creation of IETM, its essence is to take the information in the form of separate data module stored in the database, and through the unified display interface to achieve access to information technology. GJB6600 uses the XML language to describe the data, realize the separation of data and display, and by defining unified module which is used to describe the data organization structure model to standardize the format of the DM, lay the foundation for data exchange, and guarantee IETM information interaction [1] [2]. According to GJB6600 creation of the IETM will have the following main characteristics: (1) After data editing, data source unified; (2) Differentiate the organization form of technical information in accordance with the equipment system; (3) Data can be updated through an effective way; (4) The function of interactive intelligent troubleshooting; (5) Can achieve data exchange and sharing of information with other security systems. The overall design of one automatic control equipment IETM system development An automatic control device is a complex electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment, the current main technical data is written technical data and photo album provided by manufacturer, a large amount of information, high redundancy and the need to fast and convenient information support, so we develop IETM manual to meet the needs of equipment maintenance support. According to GJB6600 standard, IETM manuals can be realized graphic dialog driver interaction (graphics and text separate in different window display)according to the demand of maintenance information, system hierarchy structure, database management logic display data, fault diagnosis All rights reserved. Combined with the existing conditions, web-based collaborative IETM architecture design is shown in figure 1. Figure.1.The overall structure of the IETM development Technical publications include text, graphics, audio and video and other technical information, this information will be broken down into data module (DM), and it will be assembled and managed in the general database (CSDB). When making IETM, the first is to analyze the content of the original paper documents, according to the modular design thinking to break it down to all levels of data modules, each module represents a part of the complete equipment information. Then according to the GJB6600 standard Schema recodes the data module, translates into document which is in the form of XML language, in order to storage to the conforming standard CSDB database according to certain rules. CSDB uses the relational database to realize centralized storage of all information objects, these information objects include data module, illustrations, data module list, publishing module, etc. CSDB database as the development process memory, is not easy for release database, it also requires an XML neutral memory for information release. Finally compile publishing system, IETM reading browsing program will automatically connected to the neutral memory based data, the data in the database according to the user input and output search to the intermediate database,by reading browsing program for the XML language document formulates the corresponding stylesheet file (XSLT).According to the different needs of users, the XML in the form of HTML, DHTML, or PDF output shows to users, at the same time, a particular user can also has the function of interactive reading, editing. Key technology (1) The standardization of technical documents and the production of data module According to the production of IETM data requirements, we will make the equipment's technical specification, circuit diagram, schematic diagram into modular structure doc document which meet the requirements of the GJB6600. The key of the digitization is to split the original linear document into unit module step by step, analyze other data module which are referenced to, and establish the corresponding relationship between hyperlinks. At the same time, formulate unified IETM data dictionary and Schema. GJB6600 standards require to use XML language to organize the data module, should according to the same version of the Schema when making data module. In accordance with the requirements fill the digital data into the corresponding types of data module, which are in accordance with the requirements of XML,then can complete the production of data module. Data module can be defined as the smallest tolerance data unit which contains text and graphics, users access data module through the data code. Based on the definitions in the GJB6600 standard XML Schema, data module content includes the general part and special part, common part elements are used in a variety of different types of data module, these elements are needed to packaged in order to achieve the reuse in a variety of different types of data module. Different modules have different content section structure, but have the same sign structure, data module structure and data module type, as shown in figure 2.

Data module structure and data module types After the completion of the data analysis module, we need to make the data module into an XML document, at present the best high-level language support for XML is Microsoft.NET Framework Series language. XML classes in the.net Framework can be divided into several groups: use the XmlWriter and XmlReader analysis and writing XML, use XmlValidalingReader validate XML, use XmlDoCument editing an XML document. XslTransform, XmlSchema and XPathNavigator support the implementation of XSL Transformations (XSLT), edit the XML Schema Definition Language (XSD) schema and application of XPath queries. By loading GJB6600 requirements of Schema, it will enter the technical information into the tags and attributes of a document. If there are conditions, we can use XMLDOM, SAX interface to develop the special data module production process [4]. (2) Production and processing of image information Illustrations in the equipment maintenance support technology mainly include the principle diagram and assembly drawing, mechanical transmission and cable connection diagram, etc. According to the regulations of the GJB6600, we usually choose TIFF format images. In addition, graphics should support the Hotspot (Hotspot) link function, and make hyperlinks attribute embed into the image, and we should also use CGM images. We draw the desired pattern by CGM office software, using software or dynamic programming way to give CGM images corresponding hyperlink attribute, then we can better realize the IETM system "interactive" requirements. When making illustrations, figure number should be written according to the format of the information control code (ICN). Illustrations and the associated data module are needed to display to the user at the same time, using dedicated CGM browser to read the CGM format picture, users click on the Hotspot of image regions, can quickly browse various related information. (3) Database management According to the principle of practicability, maneuverability, we can use Microsoft SQL Server 2000 relational database as the CSDB database management system. It can parse the data in the XML document, automatically store into the database, can also retrieve XML documents from the database. All data modules, illustrations and other information objects stored in the CSDB, also use the data module list and publishing module to manage. The reuse of information and image in the technical data is stored only once in the CSDB, in its reference position can be called multiple times. In this way, you can avoid data redundancy. (4) Technical information distribution and provide CSDB as the IETM information platform data center, storage is the storage and control information for all technical information, and should not directly as a user-oriented data, we also need an application server only to store the technical data used for distribution, which is the IETM's XML neutral memory, we use Internet Information Server 5.1 as the neutral XML memory IETM system for issuing. To flexibly manipulate XML data, we use Visual C #. NET to compile IETM browsing programs [5], design application example is shown in Figure 3.

A certain type of automatic control equipment's IETM application interface model The XML document itself does not contain any information about the display format, in order to provide data module, illustration, etc which are in IETM neutral storage to the user in the form of a reasonable organization, usually we need to write CSS or XSL to provide a release mechanism for data display. When the user submits the access requests to the server, the server will make data module documentation and its corresponding CSS or XSL back to the browser, then can provide information display in the browser, and realize the interaction with the user. Conclusion The key problem of IETM is information sharing and interoperability of equipment information, while the standard is the prerequisite and basic assurance of achieving information sharing. At present, IETM has became the world competing and developing technology, the release of GJB6600 provides top-level standards for China IETM's production, for further study of this standard, develop a common platform, will play a major role on equipment informationization construction.
