2 I. ACCESSING THE APP Introduce the Company Code in the input text field, then click Validate. Scan your own badge. By approaching the mobile device to your badge, the App will retrieve your contact information and log in automatically.

3 II. PROFILE SURVEYS Option to view your uploaded (through the web portal) surveys. MY LEADS View in real time the number of LEADS that you ve done so far (people scanned more tan once will appear as 1 LEAD) SCANNER Scan through here Take lightining and distance into account when scanning ADVANCED SCAN It provides the same information as in FAST SCAN but it also lets you interact more with the external features that it has. (see next pages) DOCUMENTS View the documents you uploaded through he Web Portal. REPORTS View different and limited estadistics about your leads, categorized by different filters. Name of the person logged in and LOGOUT button FAST SCAN: Information obtained with fast scan contains: - Name and surname - Company and job position - Contact information: phone, - Social network accounts (if provided) Manual input of attendees badges (see number on their badge)

4 III. GDPR FUNCTIONALITY: Pop-up 1. Summary 2. Link (URL) GDPR Pop-up for getting consent It will appear once you scan someone (if you have set it up through the web portal) The information and checkboxes are all costumizable through the web portal. 3. Possibility of sending an (to the scanned visitor) of the summary + the link. 4. 5 IV. ADVANCED SCAN: Additional features CONDUCT A SURVEY Conduct a survey to the scanned person on real time. Proceed until the end then click on Save to sabe the information PROFILE General information of the person scanned. NOTE: if some info is missing, that s because the attendee didnt provide FIRA BARCELONA with that information. Sadly, we cannot do anything about it. DONE BUTTON When finished editing the Lead click DONE

6 IV. ADVANCED SCAN: Herramientas adicionales ADD NOTES To add NOTES simply click here and write it then save it. Notes will appear on the profile and also in the Excel file when you download them. SEND DOCUMENTS Here you can send documents to the person you just scanned. To send a document simply select it and click send document. ADD TAGS Add tags to the person you have just scanned.

7 V. Reporting Reporting The App offers a limited reporting functionality. The Web Portal offers more extensive reporting and stats. You can access to Reports from the home of the App. You will be able to visualize stats of daily leads and scans corresponding to the scanner user that is logged in at that given moment. For more detailed reporting and visualization of leads, we suggest to access the Web Portal.
