The paper makes it clear that a great deal of technical work was done in support of the overall conclusions and I don't think any additional lab work is needed. At the same time, the biology parts of the paper often seem disorganized in ways that will interfere with a reader grasping the material being presented. My comments are detailed, with a mix of suggested fixes and questions for your consideration. The cryptocurrency parts of the paper were largely outside my ability to review. I do have a publication record publicly available on that may provide similar utility. I'll investigate setting up either or both of the options mentioned. 2) A review of this sort may involve a detailed analysis of raw sequence reads. Will these be made available?
