In these cases, just follow the instructions. Error After Postage Has Been Printed and Records Uploaded. E-Confirmation Edition 47 ORIG

48 You may see that some records contain one or more errors. Such information is displayed in the device mailbox message or on the daily report. Go to the Tracking page on the Neopost Customer Web application. Check the item status. Generally errors are caused by using invalid destination zip codes, or by creating duplicate PIC #s. In this case, the item will NOT be tracked. You should delete the record on the web site. If the mail has not been sent yet, you can restart the process with new labels and print tapes or complementary postage tapes. OPERATOR ERROR CORRECTION Occasionally, the operator may make a mistake in mixing tracking labels, typing the wrong destination zip code, or selecting the wrong service.
