CAN-SPAM does not ban spam ing outright, but imposes laws on using deceptive marketing methods through headings which are materially false or misleading. Welcome Message A short message for visitors to a landing page, explaining the next required step and stating a reward that awaits the visitor after completing the landing page. WWW Abbreviated for the World Wide Web and is at the beginning of a web address for any site.
