Click on Help link in the upper right corner of the application. 3. Click on s category. Or by: 1. Log into ChannelOnline with Admin privileges. 2. Click on Admin : Suppliers : link in the left menu. 3. Click on Account Setup icon for ACCUTECH DATA. 2 Overview This guide was created to provide instructions on how to apply for a ACCUTECH DATA account and how to enter your ACCUTECH DATA account information into ChannelOnline in order to download pricing and availability from ACCUTECH DATA. 3 Related Documents 1. Click on Account Setup icon for ACCUTECH DATA. 4 Requirements 4.1 Required Information In order to access pricing and inventory information from ACCUTECH DATA, and to place orders with ACCUTECH DATA through ChannelOnline, you will be requested to provide the following information: Account Number FTP User ID FTP Password FTP File Name Live Availability User Live Availability Password FTP Directory If You Have a ACCUTECH DATA Account: If you have a ACCUTECH DATA account and need assistance obtaining an FTP User ID/password/directory/file name please call ACCUTECH DATA at x313 or them at mis@accutechdata.com and have the following information available:. Account Number Company Name Your Name Your Telephone Number If You Do Not Have a ACCUTECH DATA Account: If you do not have a ACCUTECH DATA account one can be set up for you quickly and conveniently by contacting Accutech Data Sales at: cnetchannel@accutechdata.com Phone: x120 Fax: ACCUTECH DATA Supplier Page 2

5 Entering Account Information into ChannelOnline 4.2 ACCUTECH DATA Account Support For questions with your ACCUTECH DATA account number and FTP credentials such as the Username ID, Password or FTP file name, please contact ACCUTECH DATA support at x Entering Account Information into ChannelOnline In order to enter your ACCUTECH DATA Account information into ChannelOnline, follow these steps: 1. Log in to ChannelOnline with Set up CNET Supported Suppliers access right. 2. Click on Admin on the left of the My Channel tab 3. Click on Suppliers 4. Click on the Account Setup icon in the Account Setup column. 5. Enter your ACCUTECH DATA Account Number, FTP User ID, FTP Password, FTP Directory, FTP File Name, Live Availability User and password in the appropriate fields. NOTE: All Supplier information that is entered into ChannelOnline should be entered EXACTLY as received from each supplier. All fields are casesensitive. Any information entered, using the incorrect case, may prevent your downloads from being processed correctly. 6. Check the box to activate Supplier pricing. This will be grayed out until you complete the necessary information required for downloads. 7. Please be sure to click the Save link located on the bottom left hand corner to maintain the changes made in this screen. After clicking Save, you will be returned to your main Supplier page. 8. From there, click Save on the bottom left to enable (activate) your supplier downloads. 9. If you would like to verify the information you have just entered, click on Test in the upper right hand corner of the main Supplier page to verify that you have entered ACCUTECH DATA Supplier Page 3

6 Technical Issues your Supplier account information correctly. The test results will be ed to your login ID or address.
