3 Administrator Actions in LilyPad Administrator rights are triggered by your login credentials. If you have administrative rights, when you complete the log in you will come to the home screen with Administrative access. The Administrator s home screen looks somewhat different than the User s Home Screen. Note that you now have Options regarding: Settings Export User Management You also have the ability to sort Orders by Salesperson, as well as enter orders in any Salesperson s name. 2
4 The SETTINGS Selection When you hit the SETTINGS Tab, you come to the LILYPAD SETTINGS SCREEN. The screen is broken into 2 sections: User Access and Sales Order Settings User Access Settings 3 There are three settings which determine which functions are available to your LilyPad Users, and appear on their screens when they log in: Customers Tab: This tab determines whether your users are allowed to create customers in LilyPad, which are then transferred the Fishbowl. Your options are Show to allow your users to see and use this function or Hide to make this function unavailable. Customer Lookup Tab: This tab determines whether or not your customers are allowed to see Customer information in the system via a lookup function. Selections are Show amd Hide, es explained above. Inventory Lookup Tab: This tab determines whether users can look up inventory status via LilyPad. When enabled, users see the inventory status by Part Number for any Inventory Location Group they have been granted rights to see in Fishbowl. Again, the selection is Show or Hide. Sales Order Settings Here you have 2 options for how you want the Sales Orders you enter through LilyPad to be entered into your Fishbowl Inventory system: Issued: Sales Orders are entered as Issued, fully released to the system and ready to pick. Estimate: Orders are entered into the system as Estimates, and need to be reviewed and Issued before they are visible throughout the fulfillment system. 4
5 Once you have determined the Settings are correct for your installation, hit SAVE
6 5 The EXPORT Settings The Export Settings page will show you a list of all orders waiting to be exported, or which have failed export. Failed exports normally occur for an entire batch, and are due to connectivity reasons between LilyPad and Fishbowl either the Fishbowl Host is not running, or you have used up all your available Fishbowl licenses and the LilyPad Web Order Client could not log on to the Fishbowl system. From this screen, you can either run the import (Run Batch) or set up your schedule for running the export during the day.
7 6 Setting up the Batch Export Schedule Add Exports by going to the bottom of the Page and selecting ADD ITEM. Remove Exports by clicking on the red X to the left of the Export Time.
8 7 Managing Users Select SITE USERS from the Top Navigation Bar 8
9 Delete Users by clicking on the Red X to the Left of the User Name. To ADD USERS, select the ADD USERS from the right hand portion of the screen. You will come to the ADD USER Dialog screen. The ONLY users which can be added to LILYPAD are users in Fishbowl which have been assigned to the WEB SALES Group. Select the User Name, then assign a Password and hit SUBMIT.
