Sections and are being revised to identify the use of postal support employees to perform work in the registry cage by changing the word "career" to "qualified and eligible". We have enclosed: Copies of the proposed Handbook DM 901 Registered Mail, final draft, with and without changes identified. A Copy of the proposed Handbook DM 901 Registered Mail, Postal Bulletin article. In accordance with Article 19 of the collective bargaining agreement, these revisions will go into effect no sooner than 60 days from the union's receipt of this notice.
