2 OVERVIEW DST HybridMail lets you print office mail from your desktop to our centralised fulfilment facility securely and efficiently. Your organisation can send out any volume of mail from a single department in a single location to multiple departments in multiple locations. DST HybridMail streamlines your mailing function delivering significant cost savings, increased process efficiency and speed to market. Plan Plan communications you want to send letters, invoices, statements, newsletters, mailshots including their format, quality and any inserts or attachments you wish to include. Create Create communications on your desktop and print to DST. We will fulfil at one of our production sites maintaining the quality, security and governance your business requires. Deliver Delivery is facilitated once you have reviewed and approved the communications submitted by your organisation in the HybridMail console. Delivery timelines are based on the postal class. 02

Inserts, Attachments & Mailing Options You can insert predefined uploaded documents within DST HybridMail, or you can attach new documents such as an invoice from your desktop to any outgoing communication such as a cover letter. Supervisory Control Set roles and responsibilities of staff who can submit, review and approve documents in your organisational hierarchy. You can assign supervisors to manage users. DST HybridMail Console Rich Features Data Security This web-based portal allows a supervisor to search, preview, cancel or release the communications your staff have submitted. This allows you to check for branding, content, tone of voice and other compliance before mailing out. Control what messaging and content can be used in a communication. A powerful DST HybridMail feature can extract data from documents to report on the frequency of communication sent to certain account numbers or addresses. All functions are performed over secure channels. The print channel is double asymmetrically encrypted. Data Security is in compliance with ISO
