2 Welcome to RANAS! Thank you for joining our RANAS program. We are sure that you will find RANAS toad-ally awesome, super easy to use and even collect a commission. Take a few moments to read through this manual as you set up a RANAS account with us. If you need technical support or have questions about RANAS please contact Michelle@rockypointexperts.com or call
3 For your first time logging-in use your vendor ID as your password RANAS Log-In Page For access to the RANAS site visit You will be prompted to inter your , password and identifying code (the 4 characters to the right of this box)
4 This site is toad-ally awesome Main RANAS Page This is your home screen after logging-in. Here you will modify your site, password and your account, you will be able to make reservations with our live site, 24 hours a day or pull your commission report. Let s explore the features of this site in more details.
5 Notice the Back Link that will return you the main Ranas Page Modify Site When you want to modify your site with us, find the Modify Site link on the Main Page and click. Your page will refresh to look like the above page. Notice in the Drop Down Box Titled Page, there are many types of pages to edit. Select the type you wish to change. In the text box for Header, you may wish to enter your company s name. Upload your logo by selecting the image on your computer. Change the background color on your page. Change your Footer Text Your Header and Footer will appear on our Confirmation Letters, Front Desk Paperwork, and Thank you Letter! This is a great place to advertise your business.
6 Maybe shouting out my password is not a good ideal Modify Password Simply enter you new password here and you have control to change it as often as you like. Just remember to never give your password out and if you write it down store it in a safe place.
7 Look how simple this is to use Search Rentals The Search Rentals pages can be used to book a reservation. If you have a guest that would like to make a reservation please select their arrival date, followed by the departure date. You must also select the number of guests, as that information is required. Selecting the number of bedrooms, price, resort, type of unit, style, or floor are option and they will help your guest narrow their search.
8 Let s make a reservation! Once you have submitted your information for the guest you will reach the Search Result page This page allows you to see what condos are open for the dates you selected. Once you see a property that the guest might like you may send them an of the property by clicking the A Friend button under the property description. You will be prompted to enter your and their . They will receive an of the property just as you see it. If they are ready to book the condo click the Book Property button.
9 Ribbiting isn t it? Booking Credit Card After choosing your property, you will see this page in your internet browser. You can clearly see the charges to relay to the guest, as well as the arrival date and departure date. You will then need to put in the guest s information. If they have a request or if you have a comment about the reservation please input it into the Request box. If you scroll down you will find the place to input the guest s credit information. Remember we only accept VISA or MasterCard.Select that the guest agrees to the Rental Policies and click Complete my booking. Your guest will receive their confirmation and you will be credit your commission!
10 Tracking is Simple! Commission Report Your reservations are great ways to build a customer database of sale leads. Use the following list to build your database. You may see your commission at any time, there are three ways to see your commissions. Searchable by the Arrival Date (when the guest is arriving) Searchable by the Departure date (when the guest is departing) Searchable by the Contract date (when the reservation was booked) Commission are paid based on the departure date every 20 th of the Month.
11 I ve change my address, now what? My Account Should your information change you may update it using the My Account page. To ensure that you will receive your commission check, please verify your address. Should your address change please update it on this page as soon as possible.
12 Adding RANAS to your current website Adding a Button to your search page Less advance Adding an I frame More advanced If you wish to create a button on your site to have your guest make the reservation have the button link to the following: Link Example: <a href= Your Vendor ID# >Make Reservation</a> By adding the following text you will be able to make the search page a part of your website. iframeexample: <IFRAME src= Your Vendor ID# width=800 height=800></iframe> height and width values can be modified to meet your website requirements
