A keyword is the start of a client group name, a clients first name, a clients surname, a partners first name or a partners surname.

3 Client search Searching for clients 1. Click on the white search area on the top left of the home page. 2. Enter a keyword (at least two characters) in the search area. Note: if 500 or more results are returned, a message box will appear asking for the search criteria to be refined. 3. Highlight the relevant client to populate the summary information. 4. Adding a New Client 1. +New button will appear where you have the permission to Add a client in COIN. The button will appear on top of the client search panel in left hand panel. 2.

Click on the +New button open the screen that allows the capture of basic key details for the client and partner (if applicable). n Left hand panel displays a client and partner icon n Toggle between Client and partner to key in basic hey details n Clicking on the Save button will create the client and partner (if applicable). 4

5 Using the map function 1. Tap on the map within the home screen page to open a full screen display map corresponding to the home address as entered in Fact Find (only if it is a valid address that Apple maps can read). 2. To see directions to the clients location, tap on the directions tab on the top left. This will open Apple s map app (and close Coin Rapid). 3. To get back to Coin Rapid, close maps and re- open Coin Rapid. Note that you will still be logged- in to the Rapid app. COIN Rapid 5

Client Dashboard Overview The client dashboard displays eight tiles each representing an area of information that can be viewed for the client group.

Each tile displays up to three lines of summary information. Tapping on a tile will open a new screen containing more detailed information. For specific definitions of the summary data, please refer to the Coin Rapid Release Notes. 6

7 Key Details 1. Tap the Key Details tile to open the client group dashboard. It displays basic key details for the client and partner (if applicable). n Left hand column displays client/partner personal details whilst right hand column displays contact, address and employment details. The right hand column is vertically scrollable. n Users can toggle between Client and Partner information using the tabs: 7

2. Functions that can be performed include: n Tap the phone number to copy the number or add the number to your ipad contacts list.

To facilitate this functionality, the email is first typed on the Quick Mail Composer (this is within Coin) then once Send as email is pressed, it will populate on Apple s

n Edit key details: select the Edit button (top right) to allow for the edit of basic key details (personal, contact, addresses and employment details).

Note: Anything typed within this second screen (Apple s composer) will not be saved. n Edit key details: select the Edit button (top right) to allow for the edit of basic key details (personal, contact, addresses and employment details). Click save to save any changes made or back to cancel them. Toggle between Client and partner on the top left as below. Note: the client group will be locked to the current user whilst editing is occurring. If another user tries to view the client group (in Coin Rapid or Coin Desktop), it will be read only. 8

Balance Sheet The balance sheet summarises Investments, Super, Pensions, Lifestyle Assets, Personal Lending, Home Lending & Investment Lending. 1.

Tap on the individual tabs on the left to populate the corresponding details within the main screen. Note that these fields are vertically scrollable. 2. Selecting investment, super or pension assets will display a list of all relevant direct assets and services held by the client group. The following assets are not displayed: n Direct assets with a zero quantity. n Direct assets that are not unitised and have a zero value. n Service Holdings with a zero value. 3. Click on the arrow pointing left to minimise the left column, allowing for more room to view financial details. This can be utilised throughout Coin Rapid. 9

10 4. To expand the left hand column, click the arrow pointing right. Alternatively, the tabs can be selected while the column is minimised. 10

13 Estate Planning To toggle between the Client and Partner Info, click on the tabs at the top in the middle, similar to the Key Details page. 13

14 Tools Menu Overview In the bottom left- hand corner of the screen (both from the Client search and Client dashboard screens), tap this tools icon to access Files Notes, , Help and also to Logout. If the Tools menu is selected from the Client search screen, only Help & Logout are available. If selected from the Client Dashboard screen, File Notes, , Help & Logout are available. 15 File Notes To access a file note, tap on the desired note on the left hand column (which is scrollable). You will notice a number next to the file note, this indicates the number of attachments. Creating a new file note 1. Click the New button in the top left corner of the screen. This will display a new set of file note fields on the right hand side: Type is set to File note and cannot be edited. Added by is set to the logged in user and cannot be edited. Subject, category, date and comments can be edited. Note: only users who have permission to add and edit client file notes in Coin desktop will be able to perform these tasks in Coin rapid. 2. Once completed there is the option to press & Save or simply Save. The recipients will be the client and partner, subject the subject of the file note and body the comments of the file note. 3. Once saved, photo attachments can be added to the file note. 15

Viewing/editing existing file notes 1. Scroll on the left hand column and click to open. File notes are listed in descending order of date created.

Note: xlxs, pptx and docx files cannot be viewed. This is a limitation of the Apple preview app. 2. To save any changes, simply press save in the bottom right corner. 16

17 Adding a photo to a File Note 1. Click on add photo on the bottom right hand corner. 2. From here you will have the option to choose from existing ( Photos ) or take a new photo ( Camera ). Once complete, press Save to upload to the file note. 17
