1 Shop Referral Shop Referral is a free program that O Reilly Auto Parts offers to their professional customers to advertise their business on our retail site. The professional customer can set up an account with just basic information or add detailed information to better help customers select them as a trusted service provider. The following walk through will guide you on how to set up your information and receive the benefits of free advertising on 1. After logging in at you will see the link for Shop Referral in two different places. Along the left side of most pages you will see the Marketing & Promos section. The second link is the Shop Referral link. Also, across the bottom of any page, you will see another Marketing & Promotions section. Shop Referral is the second link under the header. Either link will take you to the same page. You may use these links for initial set up or for maintaining your information after set up as well. i.e. adding new coupons, changing technician data, or updating shop contact information. Note: If you do not have a log in for First Call Online yet you may use the request access link on the home page of Also, if you have forgotten your password and/or username, there is a link at the home page as well.

2 The Shop Info portion allows you to enter all of your shop information. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. You may also provide Website and Social Media contact information. Once all data is correct click Next. Note: if you are editing an existing profile, you may click on the heading for the section you would like to update without going through each section. The next heading is for additional shop information. Here you can provide the primary contacts and year of establishment. You may also provide a break down of the years of expertise or a total number of technicians and years of expertise. The final option is to let customers know the vehicle makes repaired. Note: both of these options are searchable through the oreillyauto.com site.

3 Setting your Hours of Operation is simple. Each day in the chart will pop up an hour selection. There is an option on the Monday date to carry the hours over for the rest of the weekdays. The Languages Spoken section is customizable for any languages spoken. Customers can search for languages spoken on the O Reilly site. Time Zones and Holidays help the customers know when the shop is open. The Holidays can be chosen from a drop down list or can be added manually as needed.

4 The Repair Services section allows you to select as many or as few services that you offer in your shop. If you wish, you may use the select all option in the top right. Customers may search for specific issues to be worked on so these selections will bring your shop to the top of the list when checked. Here is your opportunity to let your customers know what they can expect during their visit at your shop. This section covers services you may offer, information about your facilities, as well as nearby information. These items may be used by the customer to select your shop over another that may not offer additional services. i.e. shuttle services or wifi.

5 Have you invested in your or your technicians education and skills? The Certifications section will let your customers know of memberships and special certifications that may assist them in getting their issues resolved quickly and effectively. The Images/Promotions section is one of the best features available from the Shop Referral program. This section will allow you to upload your own shop logo, images of your shop and even coupons. Images do go through an approval process. Typically images will be approved the next business day. All images, including coupons, can be updated as often as you wish. There is even a link to allow customers the ability to go from the O Reilly website directly to your page. Note: there are image size requirements, but typically images can be resized with Microsoft Paint included on most computers.

6 The last section will allow you to review all your information and logos to ensure there are no corrections that need to be made. As you scroll through the information, if you find any errors, you may jump to the section that needs to be corrected by clicking on the heading name. If everything looks good, click on the Submit button. You will receive a confirmation if everything is completed successfully. If you do not see the confirmation you will find highlighted areas that need to be corrected. The confirmation page also contains the requirements that allow us to provide your shop information available to your customers. There is also a link for the full terms and conditions. Your profile will show up on the O Reilly website within 24hours. Here are the requirements. All registered customers who have completed the Shop Referral registration will automatically qualify for the first 90 days. Customers must maintain a $1,000 monthly sales volume average to retain eligibility after 90 days. Customers must keep their account balances and purchase requirements up to date and in good standing. Eligibility criteria will be reviewed and updated on a monthly basis.

7 Viewing Your Profile Once all of your information has been submitted successfully through First Call Online, it may take up to 24 hours to be available on oreillyauto.com. After that time frame if you would like to see how your profile looks on the site you may navigate to and follow these steps: Shop Referral 1. Click on the Find An Automotive Service Provider near you! Link on the right side of the main screen. 2. This will take you to the search screen so the customer can enter their city and state or zip code to look for a mechanic in that area. 3. All of the shops in that area will show up in the order of distance from city center. 4. There are search filters for the customer to better find the best service provider to suite their repair needs. 5. If your shop is a member of the O Reilly Auto Certified Auto Repair program, the customer will see that identifier right on the main screen. 6. Also, if you have any Social Media affiliations, they will be able to see that as well. 7. There is a link for the customer to click on to see your full profile and all of your services.
