3 01 Introduction - A New Look For Your Online Banking Experience Thank you for your continued support in using DBS IDEAL. We proudly present you an enhanced DBS IDEAL that not only has new features, but is upgraded with a new look as well. This improvement to IDEAL lets you enjoy new features such as: New IDEAL Login page Notification for change in mobile and address New Payment Advice Report Welcome to the new enhanced DBS IDEAL that will provide you with an Online Banking experience that is more convenient and more secure. 3

4 02 New Login Page We will be introducing a brand new IDEAL login page. Be rest assured that your existing login details and settings will remain unchanged so that you can enjoy a seamless transition. 03 Reports Scheduling You can now schedule your account reports and custom reports for a more convenient and fuss-free IDEAL experience. Enjoy the convenience of your reports sent to your inbox daily / weekly / monthly. 4

5 04 Digital token The digital token allows you to use your mobile phone as your security token. Banking on-the-go is now a truly mobile experience. Digital token will be automatically enabled for all users in your company. You may still continue to transact on IDEAL with your physical token. Note: Please ensure that your device is not jailbroken or rooted, and that your contact details including address and mobile number are valid and up-to-date. 5

6 05 Notification for Change in & Mobile Number As a step towards better security and higher risk mitigation, you will now receive real-time notifications when your registered address or mobile number in IDEAL is updated. 06 New Payment Advice Report A new payment advice report for you to advice your customers of successful payment.
