1 Logging into the ABA Database for the first me. 1. Go to 2. Hover over Apprenticeship tab and select ABA AGC Database then choose Student - Instructor Database Long in 3. Arrive at Login Screen 4. Click on Reset Password

2 5. Using the address ABA has on file fill complete the Reset Password dialog box 6. Shortly you will receive an with a link to change your password. Follow the steps in the . START HERE IF YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR PASSWORD TO LOG INTO THE DATABASE

4 If your company is not listed below, we do not have a Company Agreement on file from them. This Agreement is required prior to accep ng an OJT. Please have your supervisor contact the ABA AGC Appren ceship at the number / below. Click on the drop down arrow and choose the associated with the your employer A er an has been selected click on the send bu on. This will send a no fica on to the address reques ng them to complete the OJT process. You must wait un l each OJT has been approved by your employer before submi ng addi onal hours for a different month. Your employer will receive an asking them to complete the OJT evalua- on. Once the evalua on is complete the hours will automa cally be added to your account..you have completed the OJT submission process.
