To take advantage of the promotion, customers must print out and complete a claim form (which can be downloaded at and submit it, along with seller/reseller s invoice to the address set out in the form. The promotion is valid only on new units purchased and invoiced directly from Hewlett Packard or a UK HP Preferred Partner. This promotion is only available to end user customers based in the UK and does not apply where product will be resold or leased. Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. This offer is not open to employees of Hewlett Packard, their agents, retail staff, channel partners, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers. 3. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers or special pricing during the promotional period. Partners must source qualifying product from authorised UK distributors. All hardware is subject to serial number validation. HP will not be responsible for claims rejected if partner stock is not sourced from the UK. 4. For each qualifying solution purchased, one rebate cheque to the value of the corresponding enclosure and 50% of the purchase price of the interconnect module, excluding VAT, may be claimed. This claim is limited to one free enclosure and two half price interconnect modules per customer. The rebate shall not exceed the current HP list price of the enclosure and 50% of the current HP list price of the interconnect module. The cheque will be made payable to the company name as it appears on the invoice.if a qualifying HP care pack is purchased an additional rebate may be claimed. 5. Orders must be invoiced between 1st to 31st March Claims for purchases direct from HP distribution partners are ineligible. 6. The closing date for receipt of claim forms is Tuesday 30th April No claims will be accepted after this date. 7. Allow 45 days for receipt of rebate cheque from approval of your claim by Outbound Field Marketing Services Ltd. 8. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claim forms or where no seller/reseller s invoice is attached.
