We reserve our right to return your goods or lodge claim if good found substandard. 3. Warranty Certificate shall be provided along with the products at the time of delivery and if the supplier fails to provide the warranty certificate, MiDS reserves the right to immediately cancel the order. Warranty should be on manufacturer's standard. If the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the goods within the time period specified above, MiDS may, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies deduct from the total price stipulated in the Purchase Order/Contract an amount of % per day of the value of the contract up to a maximum number of 5 calendar days. Hereafter, MiDS reserves the right to cancel the contract with immediate effect without prior notice. MiDS has right to reject any item or change them with alternatives if the products are not accepted by MiDS. All shipments, Invoices and correspondents must show PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER. Based on Article 7 of Afghanistan Tax Law, vendor is subject to % tax deduction if provided proper valid license, otherwise, 7% tax will be withhold. Page 5

Offers must remain valid for not less than thirty (30) calendar days after the offer deadline.
