Issues published in the same year but prior to the start of the subscription must be purchased separately. Renewals extend from date of expiry so there is no interruption of service. Claims are only fulfilled for missing issues within three months of the publication date. Change of Address: This request must be made in advance to ensure that the journals will be sent to the correct address. If the request is sent late, the journals will be sent to the newest address by the next issue date. Refund Policy: Subscriptions may be cancelled for a 100% refund if the request is received before the start of the subscription period. No refunds will be issued after the subscription has begun.
