NFORMATON REGARDNG CHAMBERS n continuation with our earlier circulars Hon'ble Members are hereby once again informed that it has been resolved in the Executive Meeting held on 10/07/2017 that NDBA have to take over the possession of the Chambers/Seats which have been remain locked for a very long time and not in use and also the allottees of some of these chambers/seats are no longer members of NDBA. since so many years, in order to re-allot these Chambers/Seats to the needy Members strictly according to the seniority and other reguired criteria. t is once again reiterated that NDBA is sealing the Chambers/Seats to re-allot the same to the needy Members as per rules according to seniority and other requirements. The allotment procedure will be initiated in a fair and transparent manner. t is assured that in the chamber allotment there will not be any nepotism/partiality/bias/preferential treatment or discrimination as propagated by vested interests to create confusion and misunderstanding among the Members. t is to state that previous Executive. had constituted a Chamber Scrutiny on the directions of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and the consisting of Sh. M.K., Late Sh. Balendu Arun lha, Sh. Shiv Goyal, Sh. M. Naushad Siddiqui, Sh. Anil Batra, Sh. Amitabh Narender and Sh. Amarjeet Singh Rana cancelled 38 allotments as illegal and inappropriate. t is pertinent to mention here that previous Executive had also sealed/taken over possession of four chambers and disputes of five chambers were resolved out of the 38 Allotments.

Some chambers were voluntarily surrendered by the occupants and some member expressed surprise that they have not applied for a chamber/seat, but received a notice to
