There are a lot of moving parts at both ends of this contraption; so after some internal coordination, I want to confirm what we discussed during our phone call today: Monday, Feb 16 at 1:00 PM will work fine for us. At this point, there will be three people coming, but I need to reserve the option for (up to four) others who may want to attend. - As to our agenda I had made a previous reference to 23 other double voters from your county; but we realize most of them cannot be prosecuted because the evidence was already destroyed. So, we ve scaled that number back to only the double voters whose evidence has been secured by the SBOE. I ve attached a somewhat cryptic file that identifies each voter who appear to have voted both in Mecklenburg County and in Florida for the 2012 general election. - Here is some analysis of the data for you: First, they all had a matching first name, last name, middle initial and DOB. The odd string of numbers is the vote history from each state. To translate Voters 1, 2, 4, and 7 appear to have voted twice only in 2012 Voters 3 and 6 appear to have voted in Nov 2008 and 2012 Voter 5 appears to have voted in Nov 2004 and again in Noting the common names belonging to voters 5 and 6, it wouldn t surprise me if #5 were a false alarm; but in any event, those signature cards are the key and we have been advised that the SBOE has secured all of them before the 22- month document destruction date. So, in addition to Ms. Jenkins, the lone Mecklenburg County resident already referred to your office for criminal prosecution by the SBOE, these seven voters will be a subject we will need to discuss with you during the meeting, as well. The group uses database analysis to detect irregularities in the voting records that could suggest patterns of fraud. Their research has included identifying three NC counties with more than 100% of its voting-age population registered to vote (the national average is 67%), discovering almost 30,000 deceased persons still on the voter rolls; finding more than a hundred people who voted in the 2008 election and then later proved to the Wake County Clerk of Courts that they were not US citizens; and by gathering enough evidence to compel the State Board of Elections to make criminal referrals for (so far) five persons who voted twice in the Nov 2012 election.
