1 Instructions for online application form Bachelor in Business Administration BBA Welcome to ESADE s undergraduate online application form. In this document we ll explain you how to complete the online application form step by step. Please read this document thoroughly before filling it out. Bear in mind that it will take about 20 minutes to finish it. 1. Starting your online application a) Registering as a new user Go to Click on BBA application to start applying for a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA).

2 Then click on the new user option and enter a valid and password. You must enter these two details every time you want to access your application. b) Accessing your application form after registering as a user You can go back to your saved application to modify or complete it by clicking on BBA application (see (a) above). Remember that to access your application you must enter the same and password you gave when starting your online application. At the bottom of the page you will see the following options: Back: Return to previous section of the application. Next: Go to the next section of the application. Save: Save the information entered in the application. It is very important to do this every time information is entered or changed. Close and send: Close and send your application. Do not close your application until it has been filled out completely. Once you close your application no further modifications will be possible. Print: Print the entire application. Log out: Go off line. This closes the application but does not send it.

3 2. Filling out your online application The application consists of 8 mandatory sections: 1. Personal details 2. Photo 3. Academic Information 4. Test Scores 5. Other activities 6. Personal questionnaire 7. Additional Information 8. Form of payment. This payment has to be made by credit card after completing the online application form It is very important to save the information as you go along

4 3. Closing your application Once your application is complete and ready to be sent to ESADE, click on Close and send. Remember to save the information before closing your application. ESADE will not receive your application until you close it. The Marketing & Admissions Department will you to confirm the receipt of your application. 4. Payment of application fee When you close your application, a window for online payment will pop up. A few days after the payment is made, you will receive an with a login and password that will enable you to access the ESADE website and check the status of your application (see step 6)

Application processing and evaluation Your application will not be considered until all the following documents are received: - Photocopy of Passport or ID - Transcripts of Grade 9 and 10 (equivalent year 3 and 4 ESO Spanish educational system) - Transcripts of Grade 11 (equivalent 1st year Bachillerato Spanish educational system) - Transcripts of Grade 12 (marks obtained so far) (equivalent 2nd year Bachillerato Spanish educational system) - Official certification of the required English level - Four photos with your name on the back Academic certificates must have an original stamp form the educational establishment. If they are written in languages other than Catalan, Spanish, French or English they must be accompanied by a sworn translation into one of these four languages. In the case of other education systems, proof must be provided of their equivalence to the above-mentioned courses. - We recommend the academic transcripts to be accompanied by a certificate from the educational establishment stating the applicant s position in comparison to the rest of the class. - Applicants with official certificates of their command of foreign languages should submit them too. When we receive your application, we ll send you an with your login and password and an attached file with the specific date in which you must take the ESADE s admission test (students taking the SAT test don t need to follow these instructions). This test will assess your quantitative analytical skills, oral comprehension and learning capacity (in order to forecast your aptitudes), development potential and suitability for the programme. ESADE s courses have a limited number of places which are filled on a first-come-first-served basis as applications and the necessary documents are received. ESADE recommends interested applicants to submit their documentation as soon as possible.
