1 THE RECTORATE OF ALANYA ALAADDİN KEYKUBAT UNIVERSITY THE GUIDE FOR THE APPLICATIONS TO ASSOCIATE DEGREE AND BACHELOR S DEGREE PROGRAMS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS Greetings, Please complete the necessary processes as shown on the following pages in order to apply to any associate degree or bachelor s degree program as a foreign student for the academic year. Please read the application announcement carefully before applying. Also please keep in mind that before the bank receipt information related to the Application and Evaluation Fee is uploaded to the system, applications cannot be evaluated in any way. 1 st STEP Please click the link below to view the registration page. A) B) First, you have to register through the web page you accessed by clicking the link above. After the registration is completed, a password will be sent to your address. Register here. C) Using the password sent to your , access the system and complete your application. If you forget your password, repeat the application process. Your password will be sent to your . 3 1 ST STEP - PERSONAL INFORMATION 1 st Step: The personal information screen is as shown below. The yellow areas are compulsory to fill. After you fill in the required areas, click on the Save and Next Page button. 3

4 2 nd STEP COMMUNICATION INFORMATION 2 nd Step: Communication Information screen is as shown below. The yellow areas are compulsory to fill. After you fill in the required areas, click on the Save and Next Page button. 4

5 3 rd STEP HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION 3 rd Step: High school information screen is as shown below. The yellow areas are compulsory to fill. After you fill in the required areas, click on the Save and Next Page button. 5

6 4 th STEP: EXAMS AND DOCUMENTS 4 th Step: Exams and Documents Screen is as shown below. The yellow areas are compulsory to fill. Select the exam type you want to apply to in this screen before proceeding. After you fill in all of the required areas, click on the add button and, after the adding process is complete, click on the Save and Next Page button. 6

7 5 th STEP: SELECTED PROGRAMS (YOUR PREFERENCES) 5 th Step: The Selected Program Information Screen is as shown below. The yellow areas are compulsory to fill. In this screen, you can make 3 selections. After you have made your selections, click on the Save and Next Page button. After you have made your selections on this page, check the information you have filled in and tick the box that says I declare that the information I have supplied in this form is true and correct and click on the OK button. You can check the information you have stated by clicking on the Print button. After these processes, your application is successfully received. You enter the evaluation process after your application. The evaluation processes will be done between the dates stated in the application. Between the evaluation dates, check the status of your application by logging in to the system. You can view these messages related to your application with their reasoning in the area shown below: - In the Evaluation Process - Accepted - Denied - Erroneous Application (Can be Edited) 7

8 The ones who get the Accepted message are the ones who are admitted to their selected program/programs. Their Acceptance Letters will be sent to their addresses as soon as possible and they will have to complete the registration process for their selected program/programs between the dates stated in the application. 8
