Examinee is required to appear for a particular course on a specified date, time slot failing which he/she will be treated absent for that particular course. Such student can only appear in the next semester Term end practical Examination. 2. Duration of Examination is 3 hours for MCSL036, MCSL025, CITL001 and one hour for BCSL- 021, BCSL-022, BCSL-032, BCSL-033, BCSL-034, BCSL-043, BCSL-044, BCSL-045, BCSL- 056, BCSL-057, BCSL-058, and BCSL-063,(marked with *) and 2 hours for rest of the courses. 3. Examinee appearing for the practical examination is required to carry the valid Identity Card & Hall Ticket issued by the IGNOU Regional Centre. Examinees who do not produce IGNOU Identity Card and Hall Ticket will not be permitted to appear for the exam. 4. Changes of Practical Examination Centre will not be permitted under any circumstances. 5. The schedule for BCA/MCA Practical Examination is given over leaf. 6. In case an Examinee is found to have less than 70% attendance in the MCA Revised courses and / or less than 75% in all other courses, his/ her examination will be cancelled without assigning any reason. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. 7. In the case of CIT candidates, those who have attended atleast 12 out of 18 practical counselling sessions in CITL-001 are only eligible to appear for the Term-end Practical Examination.

4 GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS 1. Students not registered for TEE Practical at SED (for June 2016) but otherwise eligible are required to submit a Demand Draft of Rs.100/- and Rs.120/- per course towards examination fee in favour of IGNOU payable at Delhi at the allotted examination Centre before appearing for examination. 2. Practical examination will be held at the Practical Examination Centres listed in Table-1 from 0900 to 1800 hrs. as per the schedule given at Table-2. Each session will be of three hours duration for CITL-001, MCSL-025 & MCSL- 036 courses, of one hour duration for BCSL-021, 022, 032, 033, 34, 43, 44, 45, 56, 57, 58 and 63, and of 2 hours duration for all other courses. 3. Students of Study/Programme Study Centres listed at Table-1 will appear for practical examination at the respective Examination Centres. Address of examination centres is also given in Table Students registered for TEE (P) at SED for June 2016 and those who have 70% of attendance in the practical sessions of MCA (revised courses) and 75% in all other courses, as per the list provided by their respective Study/Programme Centres, have already been dispatched Hall Tickets by Regional Centre for appearing in the practical examination. 5. Students, who have been issued Hall Tickets, are required to attend practical examination as per the schedule (Table-2) and also specified in their Hall Tickets. 6. Students who have failed in the practical examinations conducted earlier need to produce original copy of their Grade Card at the Regional Centre for issue of Hall Ticket for re-appearing in the practical examination of the courses in which they have failed. 7. Students appearing for the practical examination are required to carry their Identity Card to the practical Examination Centre along with the Hall Ticket issued to them from Regional Centre. Students who do not produce IGNOU Identity Card and Hall Ticket will not be permitted to appear for the examination. 8. Students attached to a Practical Examination Centre will not be permitted to take their practical examination at some other Practical Examination Centre. Likewise students of a particular batch will not be permitted to take TEE Practical Examination in any other batch. No student shall be allowed to take Practical Examination at their own Study Centre. 9. The schedule for CBS/CIT/BCA/MCA Practical Examination is available at RC Delhi-2 website: and also on notice board at the RC and SCs/PSCs. 10. Issuance of Hall-Tickets to backlog students and students of closed Centres has been stopped on 20 th June In no case hall tickets will be issued now.
