3 Oracle Fusion Applications Connect Program The Oracle Fusion Applications Connect Program (FAC) provides Oracle and a targeted set of strategic customers, partners, and social media influencers, a mutually beneficial opportunity to exclusively engage with Oracle when it comes to feedback and validation of Oracle Fusion Applications. This program will provide the selected audience an early insight into specific Oracle Fusion functionality. The participants will benefit by being able to validate the functionality of Oracle Fusion Applications and gain a better understanding of how to implement Oracle Fusion Applications. In turn, Oracle will benefit by receiving timely and high-quality input from these strategic partnerships. Program Definition Oracle Fusion Applications Connect offers three programs and levels of participation: 1. People Connect Networking 2. Design Connect Feedback 3. Application Connect Hands-on People Connect This program is primarily about bringing the Oracle Fusion Applications communities together; facilitating networking, and interaction among members. The target members are primarily, existing early adopter customers of Oracle Fusion Applications, and over time may be broadened to include new customers, as they go live, nominated by strategists and sales organizations. The primary interaction vehicle for this program is an interactive forum, where members (customers and Oracle) can interact and share information. The forum was initiated in January Design Connect This program is all about feedback. Strategy and development will share designs of features, flows, and user interactions, and solicit feedback and validations on these. Roadmaps and forward looking content will be shared in various settings including event presentations, demos, one-on-one sessions, advisory boards, virtual feedback sessions, and more. Due to the many different types and settings of these feedback sessions, the feedback sessions are directly managed by individual groups within strategy and development. This program is by invitation only and will consist of both Oracle Fusion Application and non Oracle Fusion Application customers. The program objective is to get input from a diverse community including customers running E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Siebel, JD Edwards, Right Now, Taleo, Hyperion, Primavera, and others. Application Connect This program will provide the participants the opportunity for hands-on experience with the product. There will be several options to participate; one will be a more granular participation via testing of features, flows, and user interaction. The other opportunity is targeted towards the end user and provides the opportunity to have hands-on experience with pre-production software and provide direct feedback to strategy. This program is by invitation only and will be offered to key existing Oracle Fusion Applications customers and customers on other product lines that are considering Oracle Fusion Applications. 4 Program Objectives The objectives of the program are two-fold: For People Connect, the objectives are to facilitate networking and collaboration among existing Oracle Fusion Applications customers. For Design and Applications Connect, the core objectives are to obtain feedback and validate use cases, user experience, functional designs, architecture, security, business process flows, prototypes, documentation, and more, with high profile customer and partner representatives of all product lines, business processes, and targeted industries. Specifically the goal is to validate these use cases with the roles that are the primary participants in the functional areas being reviewed. Program Criteria Note: This section is only applicable for the Design and Application Connect programs. Participant Expectations Participant Expectations of Oracle Meetings (in person or virtual) will consist of specific design reviews including demos, flows, functional, technical implementation, configurability, user experience, and user documentation. Participants will have direct access to an Oracle Strategist or Development Representative whom will act as the direct respondent or the facilitator in the resolution of the participant s feedback and validation. Where it is relevant, the participants will have access to a collaborative discussion forum where questions and ideas will be exchanged with other participants and Oracle Strategists and Development Representative. Responses to all feedback will be documented and available to participants upon request, unless otherwise stated or agreed. Furthermore, results will be held confidentially and will be shared externally only with the approval of the participants. Oracle Expectations of Participants Over the course of the program, the participant is responsible for attending design reviews and providing input on all shared designs and documents. In general participants: Must be motivated to participate: Have strong internal executive sponsorship. Will actively participate in all phases as applicable to the feature being reviewed: o Design Reviews and Validations: Design Documents, User Experience, User Documentation, Flows, Prototypes, and Other deliverables o Testing: Flows, Features and Products, Process Will provide timely feedback on all validation reviews March 2012 / Oracle Confidential 4

5 Participants participating in this program may be asked to meet a defined set of joint marketing objectives with Oracle, including, but not limited to o Conference Presentations o Analyst Briefings o Audio and Video Interviews o Press Release Quotes o Favorable Blog Updates o References In accordance with the Customer Participation Confidentiality Agreement (CPCA) the participant will maintain confidentiality on the Oracle Fusion designs and direction presented during the validation sessions, for the timeframe identified by the CPCA agreement. Process Design Connect o Roadmaps and forward looking content will be shared in various settings such as event presentations, demos, one-on-one sessions, advisory boards, virtual feedback sessions, via forums, and more. o Due to the many different types and settings of these feedback sessions, the feedback sessions are directly managed by individual groups within strategy and development. There is no central team managing these sessions o o Invitations to participate are managed by the same teams Many of these groups are already in place and have been since the early days of Oracle Fusion Applications. Therefore you may already be a member of one or several groups. These groups usually have one of these names: Strategy Council, Advisory Board, Focus Groups, Product specific forum. o Due to the nature of the process, there is no real "program" start and end dates, since this program will continue beyond this release. o Some meetings may be face to face, take place during events/conferences, or on site at Oracle o Results of this work will be documented Application Connect o This program will be centrally managed, including invitations o Validation sessions will be on site at Oracle o The duration is likely to be between 2-5 days o Results of this work will be documented o This program is estimated to kick-off in calendar year 2013 more details to follow March 2012 / Oracle Confidential 5

6 Benefits By involving strategic customers, partners, and influencers early on in the development phase of Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle will receive critical input that may be addressed in the initial releases of Oracle Fusion Applications and that ultimately will influence the adoption and implementation of Oracle Fusion Applications. In turn, participants in the program will have an inside look at the fusion of technology and functionality that will result in the delivery of a new genre of business applications. This inside view and the ability to influence the direction of the applications will enable these select participants to better understand how and when Oracle Fusion Applications will benefit their organizations, and ultimately better prepare for the adoption of Oracle Fusion Applications. Summary Oracle has embarked on a tremendous investment in developing a new generation of enterprise business applications. It is critical to Oracle that strategic customers are involved in the review and validation of core features, functionality, implement-ability and configurability of these Oracle Fusion Applications.
