This page shows which and how to install them. Java JDK 1.8 Open a command prompt and type java -version, press Enter. If a Java SE Runtime Environment version is shown and it is higher than or equal to 1.8.0, then you already have the required Java files. If you don't have the required Java files, download & install the Java SE Development Kit 8 or higher from Oracle.com. E.g.: jdk-8u121-windowsx64.exe. Use the default installation options.

Offline installation If the server is not connected to the internet, download the (x64) offline installers for... URL rewrite (v2), Web Farm Framework (v1), ARR (v2.5),...from

6 Start by running the Web Farm Framework installer (webfarm_amd64_en-us.msi). Click Install. Click Finish. Next, run the Application Request Routing installer (requestrouter_amd64_en-us.msi).

8 Click Ok. The server can be restarted at the end of this installation, but usually, typing iisreset in a command prompt is enough. Click Finish. Click Yes to restart the server. Configuration After the installation open the IIS Manager and go to Server node > Application Request Routing Cache.

9 Select Server Proxy Settings at the right side and check Enable proxy. Click Apply. Next, click again the server node and select Compression.

11 Offline installation If the server is not connected to the internet, download the offline installer from Run the installer.

12 Click Install. Click Finish. Click Restart Now to restart the server, if this is allowed. This is usually not necessary, so don't force this if this poses a problem. PostgreSQL XperiDo 3.4 uses PostgreSQL as its database. Please download the Windows installer (make sure to select the EnterpriseDB installer and not the BigSQL installer) from this page.
