1. Introduction 1.1 Purpose of the FED Document The purpose of Feasibility Evidence Description is to provide the evidence that the Real Estate Investment and Review tool is feasible and satisfy all the requirements specified in the Win-Win agreements; this is accomplished by taking into consideration several success-critical stakeholders. The main objective of FED is to show that the project satisfies the requirement (Level of service, capability and interface), be achievable within the budget and schedules in plan, determine realistic return of investment, and mitigate all the risk using risk management plan. The conclusion is drawn from the sections Business Case, Architecture Feasibility, Risk Assessment and NDI/NCS Interoperability Analysis that the project is feasible now and the later stage of the document. 1.2 Status of the FED Document The status of the FED is currently at version 1.3, where 5 sections of the document are created to be uploaded with the DC Package. 7 2. Business Case Analysis Assumptions 1. The users are technically sound in using the website to track investment and look for service provider 2. Real Estate market trend is in inclination now and for the upcoming year 3. Users willingness to leave review for the Service Provider Stakeholders Initiatives Value Propositions Beneficiaries 1. Investor (Registered/ Unregistered) 2. Service Provider a) Real Estate Agent b) Manager 3. Developer 4. Maintainer 5. Administrator Cost Person Costs Hosting costs Server Costs Maintenance Costs 1. Develop the website by determining the usability from the stakeholder 2. Build UML model for review and tracking investment, which could be used as a reference during system development 3. Obtain review and investment from the Registered user of the Website 1. Easy access to trustworthy Service Provider from other State based on User review 2. Provide tool for tracking investment and evaluate properties 1. Users (Real Estate Investor Registered/Unregistere d) 2. Service Provider a. Real Estate Agent b. Manager 3. Client Benefits (Key performance indicators KPIs) 1. The Investors will track their investment on a excel sheet which could be cumbersome; thus, using this website to track investment will eliminate extra effort of maintaining an excel sheet 2. The Service provider can use this tool to Maintain a profile amongst the authorized list of Service provider and increase their business productivity 3. The User (Registered/Unregistered) can use this tool to determine truth worthy Service Provider out of state while eliminating risk, uncertainty, and save time FED_DCP_F18a_T02_V1.3 2 Version Date: 10/22/18

2.1 Cost Analysis Personnel Costs In order to determine the cost associated with the project development we used the average cost per hour from the link given below. The average salary for a web developer is $20.34 per hours There are 2 columns that determine the time spent in hours and dollars as a form of measurement Activities Table 1: Personnel Costs Development Period (12 weeks) Exploration Valuation and Foundation Phase: Time Invested: 6 weeks Client Meeting (In person or Slack): 1hr/week * 6 week Win-Win Negotiation Session: 2 session * 1hr Prototype Presentation: 1 session * 0.5hr Team General Meeting: 3hr/week * 6 week FCR Architecture Review Board: 1session * 1.5 Development and Operation Phase: Time Invested: 6 weeks Client Meeting (In person or Slack): 1hr/week * 6 week Team General Meeting: 3hr/week * 6 week Development: 13.5hr/week * 10 week * 1 person CCD session: 1 session *1.5hr DCR ARB: 1 session *1.5hr Deployment of the System in Operation Phase and Training Installation and Initial Set up: 2hr * 1 time *1 person Training: 2hr * 1 times *1 person Time Spent (Hours) Time Spent (Dollars) Total Time Spent Maintenance Period (1 year) Maintenance: 1hr/week * 52 weeks Total FED_DCP_F18a_T02_V1.3 3 Version Date: 10/22/18

2.1.2 Hardware and Software Costs Table 2: Hardware and Software Costs Type Cost Rationale Development Cost $0 Used AngularJS, GraphQL, node.js, Prisma Cloud, and chart.js which are all free of cost Maintenance Cost $0 No anticipated Maintenance Cost during initial phase of the website Hardware Cost Web Hosting (Domain Registration) $12/yr. Google Domain uses the same infrastructure as Google itself, as a result of which it could be accessed faster Hardware Cost - Web Server $0 Google App Engine Free trial version will be used during this phase of development 2.2 Benefit Analysis For the benefit analysis we take into consideration Non-financial benefit and costs associated with the project. Additionally, the benefit analysis will include non-monetary benefit like reliability, experience and visual representation. In the benefit analysis we converted non-financial benefit, such as Increase in time efficiency, elevation in advertisement, reliability, experience and representation (statistic and chart) into financial benefit for Return On Investment calculation. Table 3: Benefits of Real Estate Investment and Review tool System Current activities & resources used User Increase in time efficiency to search Service Provide either by location or by other search criteria (1hr * 52 weeks) Elevation in advertisement for the Service provider (0.5 * 52weeks) User Increase reliability in using the website to determine authorized Service Provider (0.5* 52 weeks) % Time Saved Reduce (Hours/Year) Quantitative Benefit Time Saved (dollars/year) Qualitative Benefit FED_DCP_F18a_T02_V1.3 4 Version Date: 10/22/18

Increase on service provider experience (learning curve) based on the feedback obtained from its client's reviews (0.5 * weeks) Easier visual representation of Investment for Investor (0.5hr * weeks) Administrator Easier to view website and investment statistic (0.5hr * weeks) Total ROI Analysis The year 2018 is considered to be Development period and yet to have any benefits. The time spent by the team for developing Real Estate Investment and Review Tool website is 194 hours, which includes the time the team spend in negotiating with the client, meeting, developing, and presenting. Year 2019, 2020 and 2021 are considered to be maintenance period where in there will be an increase in hour by 10% annually. In the Table 4.1, the server cost is added to the initial cost from the development to determine the ROI, so there is slight variation in the ROI values in terms of decimal Table 4: ROI Analysis Year Cost Benefit Cumulative Cumulative (Effort Saved) Cost Benefit ROI ( ) (0.200) (0.491) Table 5.1: ROI Analysis based on the dollars as a unit of measurement for Cost and benefit Year Cost Benefit Cumulative Cumulative (Effort Saved) Cost Benefit ROI 2018 ( ) = ( ) (0.1969) (0.488) FED_DCP_F18a_T02_V1.3 5 Version Date: 10/22/18

Figure 1: ROI Analysis Graph From the chart shown in the figure 1, we can determine that we can get the return on investment within 2 years from now, or in This is considered as the break-even point where ROI value is equal or almost nearer to value 0, in other words amount of cost is equal to the amount of benefit (returned value) for year.
