3 1. Introduction This document contains the release notes of integreat4tfs release. It describes the key features of each module of integreat4tfs Application such as Traceability, SmartOffice Library, Simulation and Baselining. All users are encouraged to consult the release errata before installing the application edev Technologies Page 2 of 8

4 2. System Requirements Software Requirements 1. Operating System: Windows Server 2012, 2008 or Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and Internet Explorer 10 or above, Chrome 3. IIS 6.2 or greater 4. Microsoft.NET Framework ASP.NET 4 6. ASP.NET MVC 4 7. Microsoft Team Explorer 2015 and 2013 or Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and 2013 Hardware Requirements 1. At least 4GB of memory (or higher memory required if executing TFS Work Item queries greater than 100,000). 2. Hard Drive Space: 200 MB 3. Application Setup Refer to integreat4tfs Installation Guide.docx for installing the application edev Technologies Page 3 of 8

5 Dashboard 1. Work: User can directly navigate to the tabs of Traceability, Simulation and Baselining. i. Traceability: User can create their own traceability files and save them in project. ii. Simulation: User can model their visual requirements and save them in a project. iii. Baselining: User can create their own work item Baselines and save them in project. 2. Create New: To facilitate users, User can directly have an access to create new Traceability, Mockup and Baselines. 3. Pinned Items: User can be able to see the count of Traceability, Baselines and Mockups files created in respective project. 4. Launch: i. Open TFS Web Access: User can have a direct access to the respective project in web access which is currently connected as separate tab. ii. Get Smart Office 4TFS: User can easily download the application of Get Smart Office 4TFS as separate tab. 5. Other Links: i. Request Simulation Feedback: User can have a directly access to generate their Request Feedback for particular mockup/scenario files. ii. Configure Schedule and iterations: User can have a directly access to configure their schedules and iterations against respective connected project. iii. Configure Work-areas: User can have a directly access to configure their workareas against respective connected project in application. iv. Manage Security: User can have a directly access to manage their security settings against respective project edev Technologies Page 4 of 8

6 Traceability (Beta Version) 1. Traceability Panel: User can view all the Traceability files present in a team project in the left traceability panel along with its Data Grid on the Right hand side. i. Create a Traceability: User can create a Traceability file from the left Folder explorer through New option. 2. Traceability Editor: User can select Row and column queries from the available dropdowns in order to generate the Traceability Matrix as an output. User can run the query to view the result on the Traceability matrix tab. i. Run Query: User can run the query to view the result on the Traceability matrix tab. ii. Save Query: User can also save the selected values in the Row and Column query drop down for each Traceability file. iii. Refresh: In order to fetch latest queries from Team Foundation Server, User can make use of Refresh option available in the tool bar. 3. Traceability Grid: i. Add Link between Work item: On mouse hover on the Cells, a + icon is shown when no link exists. User can click on this icon and a pop up appears. Popup contains different link Types such as Parent, Child and Related etc. User can add link work item which shows with different arrow types depending upon the link type on the Grid. ii. Delete Linked work item: User can delete any existing Link type when clicked on the arrow icon available on the Grid. iii. Total Coverage: User can view the total count of links existing between the intersection of row and column work items. iv. Edit Work item; User can also edit any desired work item in order to make changes in the properties of a work item. v. Zoom Bar: User can zoom in/out the data grid as desired. vi. Work item States: User can identify the work item states such as Active, New, Proposed etc. by using on/off feature. States will show as icons. 4. Graph: User can view all row and column work items consisting in selected queries on the bases of State property in the form of Graph. User is also able to view total column linked work items count in a form of Pie chart. i. Edit Work item; User can also edit any desired work item in order to make changes in the properties of a work item edev Technologies Page 5 of 8

7 SmartOffice Library 1. Time should be shown accurate on UI irrespective of where service is installed 2. Folder name containing + sign--while creating a new folder '+' character is replaced with single space if it comes within the given folder name (with any other character)" 3. Selected folder deleted from server, it will remain in folder hierarchy on portal. Microsoft Office must be installed on user system to open the respective documents (word, excel, PowerPoint, publisher, OneNote, access and Visio) otherwise browser will go for its default behavior." edev Technologies Page 6 of 8

8 Simulation 1. Modelling Toolbar: User can also perform different operations on controls from modeling toolbar such as Cut, Copy, Paste, etc. i. Custom Controls: User can create their own custom controls and save them in application by using Save As Control option at Modelling layout toolbar. ii. Custom Templates: User can create their own custom templates and save them in application by using Save As Template option at Modelling layout toolbar. 2. Pre-defined Templates: To facilitate users, some pre-defined templates are packaged in the application such as Basic, Sample Applications etc. 3. Pre-defined Controls: To facilitate users, some pre-defined controls are packaged in the application so that user can get assistance from it. 1. When connecting to Git project, mockup count not shown and also files (mockup/scenario) not created in simulation. 1. Showing continuous loading, if user double click the Mock/Scenario shape in Read only mode. 2. Open blank file with Grey background, if user double click the Mock/Scenario shape in Read only mode. 3. Links panel of file remains disabled when accessed through scenario page in read only mode. 4. Unable to Drag/Select shape in Scenario File. 5. UI of checked-in scenario file get disturbed on opening it by clicking at edit button. 6. 'Apply' button is not working in Media Library window when accessing from toolbar. 7. Navigation combo get reset in popup window, when user linked control with existing mockup to be opened in popup, click on canvas and again select control. [Syncfusion issue] 8. New window option changes to same window on re-opening property pop-up. 9. Textbox of new link window and link to window gets disable on creating Mockup from template(default/user created) 10. Continuous loading shows on saving hyperlink as custom control. 11. Scenario shapes UI is shown squeezed when mockup is open first before scenario file. 12. Background image is completely stretched on preview on IE 13. IE10 : Radio buttons checkbox goes in edit state on double click 14. When allow editing is set to false the edit button should be disabled. 15. Text filter of grid is not working. 16. Grid row data hides on hiding / showing columns from the column dropdown. 17. Scroll bar on columns window is not showing properly. 18. Scenario window remains and shape disappears when scenario page is created through shape edev Technologies Page 7 of 8

9 Baselining 1. Links didn't copy in GIT projects when we copy baseline having links in work items. 2. Selection on baseline tree is not shown when node is selected on recent baselines. 3. Work Items field names are showing instead of their label. 4. Rich text fields except description showing HTML tags in cross project Work Items. 5. Credentials required to show image in Work Item panel. 6. Only TFS work Item control rich text supported, other rich text html are not supported. 7.
