4 4 Enhancements The following enhancements were implemented and have been included in this release. FogBugz #/ Work Order # FB FB FB WO WO Request: Change OOH Assessments that were approved before the CANS release ( ) to no longer be displayed in the print view. This will allow the referrals to be assigned to providers on Youth Link and will allow the providers to admit these youth. Enhancement: OOH Assessments that were approved before the CANS release ( ) are no longer automatically displayed in the print view. The referrals can be assigned to providers on Youth Link and the providers are able to admit these youth. The referrals are now displayed with the new OOH Assessment text changes. 5 5 Defect Fixes The following items were fixed and have been included in this release. Issue: OOH and Needs Assessments that were submitted but not yet reviewed at the time of the CANS release were opening in the print view. Issue: In the Rated Question Summary for the CAT, the header for the Parenting Module was showing as PARENT HDR ID. Fix: In the Rated Question Summary for the CAT, the header for the Parenting Module has been changed to PARENTING MODULE. Issue: Users were unable to complete multiple fields within In Progress BHH Nursing Assessments. Fix: Users are now able to complete the appropriate fields within In Progress BHH Nursing Assessments. Issue: Users were unable to submit BHH Nursing Assessments because the validations for required fields were not working correctly. Fix: Users are now able to submit BHH Nursing Assessments because the validations for required fields are working correctly. Issue: A CRI user was not able to view an MRSS treatment plan that they should have access to via historical access. Fix: The CRI user is now able to view the MRSS treatment plans that they should have access to via historical access. Issue: Users with access to FSS Applications were unable to open them from the Forms grid in the youth s record. Fix: Users with access to FSS Applications are now able to open them from the Forms grid in the youth s record. Issue: User was unable to view plans or assessments in UM Forms association window if the plan or assessment had been returned. Fix: Returned plans and assessments are now visible to be associated to a UM form. Issue: When a DD Eligibility Review form was opened, the DD Eligibility Review tab was blank. Fix: When a DD Eligibility Review form is opened, the DD Eligibility Review tab is no longer blank. Issue: Users were unable to associate treatment plans and assessments to UM forms. Fix: Users are now able to associate treatment plans and assessments to UM forms. Issue: When an OOH Assessment was printed, the user was unable to go back to the normal CYBER view of the assessment. Issue: A CRI user was unable to associate a new CAT to their MRSS treatment plan. The treatment plan had been returned and an old CAT was already associated to it. Fix: The CRI user is now able to associate the new CAT to their returned MRSS treatment plan. Issue: When the Spell Check functionality was used, the background behind the Spell Check window became dark and prevented the user from seeing the youth s information. Fix: When the Spell Check functionality is used, the background behind the Spell Check window no longer becomes dark and prevents the user from seeing the youth s information. Issue: SAB users were not able to open LOCI forms that were In Progress or submitted. They were also not able to associate LOCI forms to SAB Service Extension Request treatment plans.
