1 hidden linear diffusers MADEL The hidden linear diffusers are designed to combine the aesthetics with the technical performance. They can be mounted in false ceilings hiding the frame with filler and leaving visible only the slot. They allow the formation of diffuser continuous lines, with active and inactive areas, without breaking the uniformity of the whole. They are suitable both for supply and return. By adjusting their blade it is possible to obtain a horizontal distribution of the air in one or the other direction or its vertical projection without change the volume of air. The diffusers admit a flow variation of 60 % keeping the air stream stable. These diffusers can be used from.6 up to meters high and at a temperature differential up to º C. 0/

9 Assembly instructions -SM... (L) Cut false ceiling * (plasterboard plus structure) with the nominal sizes(c + ) x (L + ) mm (*) Reinforce the structure if necessary. Introduce the diffuser, in vertical position, through the hole made. Exceed the structure of the false ceiling and rotate the diffuser. Support the diffuser on the ceiling. Pull the diffuser down while screwing the diffuser through the support pieces. Screw the diffuser to each of the support pieces. Plaster the bonding surface between the diffuser and the plasterboard plates. Taping the pasted surface. Smooth with final paste the diffuser-ceiling connection.

10 Assembly instructions -CM...(PM) Cut false ceiling * (plasterboard plus structure) with the nominal sizes (A x L) mm (*) Reinforce the structure if necessary. Insert the diffuser through the hole made until the front frame touches the plates. Screw the crossbars until the diffuser is securely fastened to the ceiling. Insert the deflector in the diffuser and screw it to it. Plaster the bonding surface between the diffuser and the plasterboard plates. Taping the pasted surface. Smooth with final paste the diffuser-ceiling connection.

Fix the plenum box to the slab, using legs, rod or any other type of fixing element that we use to hold the structure of the false ceiling. (*) Reinforce the structure if necessary. (*) The plenum box should be between and mm behind the face of the plate. Place the plates of the false ceiling following the rectangular mouth of the plenum box. Assemble the diffuser to the plenum following the same steps as the assembly instructions "-CM (PM)"
