A (04/01) Supersedes: Nothing OVERVIEW The following procedure describes how to order the York Sunline Packaged Products with MOD-UNT (Modular-Unitary) controls. These controls can be used as Stand Alone or to connect to a B.A.S. (Building Automation System). The procedure involves ordering a base unit and an accessory control package, which will be assembled together at the factory. This ordering system allows a single package unit to have several different accessory control packages to fit a particular job requirement. As a result, both a base unit and a corresponding controls package must be ordered together. How To Order 1. Determine base equipment required on job. This must be the tonnage size, voltage, and whether and alternate motor, economizer, or power exhaust is required. 2. Price all items accordingly with latest YORK price pages. 3. By using Table 1 and 2 of the specific control package sheet (attached), determine the new ordering code suffix. This will be a WA, WB, WC, WD, or WE code. Note the accessory control package number, it will be used in step Now refer to Table 3 of the specific control package sheet and cross reference the accessory control package number to determine the master list price adder for the appropriate controls. This must be added to the pricing established in step Place order using the same order forms as currently established. It is necessary that both base unit and accessory control package number be ordered together and in sequence as shown in example. NOTES Only the options listed in Tables 2 and 3 are available. When pricing up base unit with economizers, use single enthalpy prices. An additional lead-time of 4 weeks may be required beyond the base units availability. Check order correspondence if necessary. and unit are fully tested prior to shipment. Contact your local area controls distributor for further network information.
