This will also have both backgrounds and embellishments. Contains less components than a combo pack Bundled Pack - is used for combining multiple products that are from the same collection. This will be a larger price point and a larger file size than a combo pack Embellishment Pack - will have only Embellishments and have no Background files Word Art Pack - is for Word Art only Paper Pack - will have only Background files and have no Embellishments Monogram and Alphabet Pack - will have only Monograms or Alphabet files and have no Embellishments or Background Quick Page Pack - are predesigned pages flattened into png file format with windows for the pictures to show through Quick Pages are not Templates - they are embellishments. These will include less than 4 pre-designed pages and minimal embellishments and backgrounds Craftable Template - this is for craft based Designer Templates (greeting cards, cut outs, printables, hybrids, etc.) Cannot be used for scrapbook, album or photobook Album Template - is a 4 page minimum template that includes both backgrounds and embellishments Photobook Template - is a 20 page minimum, 22 pages if you include a front and back cover, template that includes both backgrounds and embellishments The chart on page 19 is our recommendation on the minimum file count for each product. 18
19 Product Types Photo Masks MyMemories Suite does not support Photo Masks As of right now we cannot sell Photo Masks since MyMemories Suite does not support them. We are working on a solution but must ask you in the mean time to refrain from selling these on our site. We have provided refunds to customers due to this issue. If you are selling a Black png file it will remain a Black png file in MyMemories software. This Black png file can only be used in the software as a picture mat placed behind the photo. If you want to sell Photo Masks You can create a Quick page or Frame with a mask effect but it would require a window for the photo to lay behind the object All Photo mask products that are not Quick Pages or Frames as described above must have this text added to the Designer Note Section <br/> This mask product will work as photo mask<b>only when using Photoshop or similar software</b>. It can only be used as picture mat (shape behind photo) in the software sold on this site. <br/> 19
20 Your Finished Product Example of a General zip Downloaded Product When you create and save a product your Designer Identifier (selected by you) is automatically added to your product name and once processed will also be added to each file name. All folders are organized and consistent from one product to the next making it easier for customers to use. If done correctly the product will be very user friendly and will also give credit to the designer automatically. If you include your web image previews in your zip upload they are automatically added in the information folder The designer Identifier in this example is (StyRock). The name of this product is Well Wooden Ya Know 20
21 Trouble Shooting Upload Trouble Shooting Go into their Web Browsers Preferences/Options and make sure that JavaScript is enabled. Go to and make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player install (will probably require your browser to be restarted after install). Try Firefox and/or Google Chrome if using Internet Explorer. Turn on Internet Explorer 7 compatibility view if using Internet Explorer 8 or 9 ( If you are getting a Time Out error and you are using a wireless connection try using a direct wire (Ethernet) connection. If you are still unable to resolve problems please contact a MyMemories Administrator Missing Uploads: (missing all zip file uploads for products) The most common reason this happens is the files were never successfully uploaded to the server. Missing Files: (some product zip files are missing i.e.. embellishments, backgrounds or template) The most common reason this happens is when the files are done uploading, the button that says "Back to my Designs" is pushed instead of the button that says "Uploads Finished" The correct button to push is "Uploads Finished" Re Uploading: If you have already created a product, but something went wrong with the upload, you do not need to recreate the product. Just go back to your online Designer Dashboard and select View/Edit My Products. Open your existing product and find the (Re)Upload Zip Files link to upload your zip files. Zip Upload Links: If you are finding that the zip upload links will not respond it maybe due to a browser setting. Update Java and Flash java.com adobe.com. Restart your browser. Go to your browser settings and add us to the exceptions. - Block pop up windows exceptions. Enable Java Script and Flash (shockwave Flash) Go to the zip upload page. Find the shield in the url address bar (firefox is on the left, google chrome is on the right) click to enable the page "Disable protection on this page" or "Load Anyway" Note: All coordinating products or series of products related will not go live to the website until all products are correct and ready to be set to live. 21
