This greatly reduces the complexity of quoting systems and reduces the overall cost per end point. It positions us aggressively in quoting video wall, menu board, and room sign projects. Ultimately it removes constraints in the mind of the end user and allows them to leverage their signage investment by customizing as many channels within their deployment as desired without additional cost. 6, , Tiered Server Pricing - We have changed the structure of our server pricing. Pricing is based solely on the number of player connections required. All standard features of our server software are included with each version. In addition, the end user can now choose to virtualize any version of the server and choose which supported operating system on which to deploy the server software in their environment. See product descriptions for supported operating systems. Player licenses sold separately. Server Expansion Pricing - For existing customers requiring an expansion of their server to support additional player connection. Place an order for the new server software level required. The price for the upgrade will be the difference between the current server software and the new server software. Please note in the description that it is an upgrade and the current software part number. For example, an expansion from 15 available player connections (CAR-DSS-15) to up to 30 available player connections (CAR-DSS-30) would be $5,000 at MSRP pricing. Starting with a custom channel will likely lead to very satisfied customers who are more likely to further invest in their signage system. We highly recommend including a custom branded channel with every new system quote Remote Integration Assistance - We have added a new part number for advanced integration assistance. This should be included on quotes and purchase orders in instances where the end user is planning to utilize advanced features of Carousel that require end user configuration of 3rd party systems to integrate with Carousel in their environment. The Tightrope support team will provide remote phone assistance to the end user through the process of configuring their systems to support our requirements. The Tightrope support team is not responsible for configuring 3rd party systems to work with Carousel. We will offer guidance to the end user and ensure the Carousel application is configured properly.
