4 Please ignore it and put installation CD in PC, then below screen will popup: Now you can install automatically or manually. 2.2 If the current installed version of DirectX is 9.0c or higher, you don't need Install Direct9.0C,You can Install Device Driver directly.if your DirectX version is lower,you must Install DirectX 9.0C firstly. If your version of DirectX is 9.0c or higher, please click Install Device Driver. -4-

5 2.3 Please confirm the TV device has been connected to your computer before start to install the device drivers. Please ignore the hardware installation wizard popups in the system during installation process. Wait a moment please and then, driver will be installed in computer properly. Click OK to finish Driver Installation. -5-

6 2.4 Installation Guide for Remote and Application Click INSTALL to install Remote. 2.5 Click OK to finish and Click Install Application. -6-

7 When the installation picture appears, please install the application in your computer step by step according to prompt. Click Browse to choose appropriated installation location, and then click Next to continue: -7-

8 Click Next to continue: It will install some application program automatically during the installation process. They are precondition for normal run of WinPVR. Please stop others operation at this moment. Please select Yes to restart computer to accomplish the final installation process, or select No to restart it later. -8-

9 2.6 Double click the icon or press the remote control key: TV to run WinPVR, Setting window appears, you can set Video and Audio Input and signal source according to your need, or close window directly to next prompt. (Note: You'd better set up them in compliance with your own devices. Please DirectSound for Audio Device. Improper setting may cause no any sound when play Preview and Playpack. If your TV Tuner is with FM function, You can click the key on Control Pannel or press FM key on remote control to start FM application. The setting window appears when application program is run initially. You can set Video and Audio Input and signal source according to your need, or close window directly before next steps. -9-

13 Click Setting icon to open setting dialog box, then click Television, the below drop-down menu appears, select Country And Region, Video Standard. Select the right Video standard which country or district you are in, click OK to save the setting. Please make choice complying with your need. Click Setting icon to open setting dialog box, then click Device, set as below and click OK to save the setting. Select Tuner for Video Source Select DirectSound for Audio Device Note: To switch and select the signal source by the control panel key. To switch and select the Sound Channels by the control panel key. Click Setting icon to open setting dialog box, then click Channel, AutoScan: -13-

14 then Click Upward or Downward to regulate the channel sequence. Completing all the settings, you can enjoy your wonderful TV programs by easily shift channel Note:The number of channels available varies, depending on whether you are using an antenna or cable TV and the country settings supported by your TV tuner. If you can't recived some programs, you must adjust by Fine Tune Note: If any channels are not high definition, you can adjust by Fine Tune. 2.9 You can click the key on Control Pannel or press FM key on remote control to run FMRadio. Then the FMRadio control panel appears. FM Radio has similar dialog box with WinPVR's. You can make Fine Tune by pressing the keys on panel. After that, please go ahead for the next step by clicking the setting key in the control panel.\ -14-

15 Click Setting icon to open setting dialog box, then click Device, set as below and click OK to save the setting. Select DirectSound for Audio Device Click Setting icon to open setting dialog box, then select Channel and click Autoscan to start FM channels scanning, and click OK to save after the scan. And you can input frequency modulation directly to the input field, and click Add to save. Completing all the above operations you can enjoy wonderful FM now. Note: If any FM channel is not very clear, you can fine tuning by the control panel keys. -15-
