3 Who we are looking for To meet the growing demands in business, we require the following personnel for our development center at Ernakulam. FLEX DEVELOPERS Experience in developing flex applications - (2-3 years) Preferable if the person has come into Adobe Flex from an Adobe Flash background. Experience in Flex graphic related works (Experience with Degrafa and away3d are plus points) To be very clear about our requirement, we prefer persons who has experience/who is confident of doing projects like the reference given or similar applications. Ref: Note: We also prefer persons who can do works as separate components. eg : 3D generation that can be integrated in the main application. ASP.NET PROGRAMMERS Sound Experience on.net 2.0 / 3.5 (c# / VB.net), SQL Server 2000 / Sound Experience on Windows Web services, XML & SOAP. Sound Knowledge in OOPS. Need to handle independently modular designs and also do technical designs work. Good Knowledge of application architectures and has good command over module platforms. Experience on Web Apps will be must. Minimum One Year Experience in.net web platform. Minimum 2-3 years of development experience working with SQL Server 2005/2008 writing complex stored procedures and triggers. Minimum 3 years of demonstrated competency in design patterns, automation of systems, and business integration. Excellent communication skills

Web service integration Knowledge. 5. XML. 6. Familiar with Flash 8 or above. 7. Familiar with key fame animation. 8. Action Script 3.0. PHP PROGRAMMERS Position: PHP / MySQL Software Engineer Primary responsibilities: Create and support new and existing software applications. Duties include: Web-based application development Database management and infrastructure design Skills: Experience in Web Development, Architecture, and Website Design. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and XMLHTTP (Web 2.0) technologies. Proficiency with MySQL or other database platforms. Cross-browser / platform experience. Linux and Windows experience (not afraid of the command line). Experience w/ Adobe / Macromedia products a plus. E-Commerce / SEO experience a plus (please highlight in cover letter). Php5 (OOPS), MySQL, Xml parsing, Javascript, Ajax, Knowledge in JQuery (desirable) Knowledge of Drupal/Joomla is a big plus.

5 Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems. 2+ years experience in programming, LINUX, C, C++, C#, HTML, XHTML, Ruby on Rails, PHP, + MySQL. Strong understanding of CSS and cross-browser compatibility issues. Familiarity with Javascript frameworks such as jquery, Prototype, Dojo, etc. Knowledge of web based shopping cart solutions. Apache servers. Ability to direct outside vendors and partners, works well with clients, and colleagues. Comfortable and well versed with rich media, and streaming video. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Applicant should have extensive experience in handling large applications involving application processing and tracking systems and also in designing database applications.
