1 Main features and improvements: IPBrick v6.2 Release Notes VoIP Improvements: Adds voice prompts by default and personalized voice prompts for users and extensions (also supported for Mass Operations); Improves Callback Function: Adds "Phone display message" option; Adds "Caller ID" option; Adds "Callback type" option, with the following configurable features: "Callback after timeout", "Callback when call answered by queue (Call Proxy)", "Callback at user defined time" and "Callback for callcenter campaigns"; Adds "Originate Callback calls from:" option, with the following configurable features: "Caller number", "Callback destination"; Adds "Ask number for callback" option, with the following available configurations: "No", "When caller number not defined", "No"; Adds "Notification message" option. Adds option to call internal numbers on IVR; Adds support for attendance policies "Prioritizable Round Robin with memory" and "Weight Random" on VoIP Call Queues; Adds support for Call recording on demand; Adds page "Audio repository" that allows you to organise greetings which can be used at VoIP functions: music on hold and custom voice messages; Adds support for Recording Audio by Phone, that allows you to record greetings which are automatically available at Audio Repository; Adds support for classes of Music on Hold, so you can define a different music on hold for Call Queues and Attendance sequences; Adds advanced voic features: Adds the possibility of defining a menu to leave a message, redirect the call and retry dial; Supports personalized voic when a call returns a busy or unavailable state; Adds an option to enable/disable the voic feature by user, phone and group. Adds support for Intercom. When a caller uses intercom in a phone, it will automatically answer the call on speaker mode. These are the available options: unidirectional intercom (only the caller may speak), bidirectional intercom (caller and called can talk). and It is also possible to configure the callers who will be allowed to use intercom; Adds support for Analog Phones: Adds new Interface Analog_Phone at "Advanced Configurations» Telephony» Interfaces", to define the analog ports for analog phones; Adds a new machine type "Analog Phone" on "Machines Management";

2 Analog phones will now have the following features: Caller ID, can call, receive calls, pickup calls, transfer calls, etc. Adds auto provisioning support for Fanvil Phones, Yealink T21P and Linksys SPA942; Adds a feature to export "Finished Calls" to a Callcenter Reporting server; IP Phones on "Machines Management"; New option to generate a VoIP TLS Certificate; IP Phones can now have auto provisioning by HTTPS; Adds the options Description, Auto provisioning and Display Name to IP Phones; Adds an option to configure an User as Administrator of Callcenter, which allows this user to log in to the Callcenter with Administrator privileges; UCoIP Recording: Adds an option to configure call recording for a group of phones that also allows to define which UCoIP Recording Workflow is delivered to the call recording Adds an option to send additional information on call recording; Adds new option Recording Cache; Adds support to IPBrick Provisioning Manager v2.0; Adds support for IPBrick ADP Module v2.6; Adds new option to configure Call Queue Supervisors on "VoIP» Users management"; Adds a new option to configure remote Automatic Call Distribution (ACD); Adds support for dynamic plan: adds an option to manage dynamic routes; The Boss & Secretary Forward (Primary Forward and Secondary Forward configurations on the phone) was migrated to Boss & Secretary Group; The maintenance of VoIP statistics is now enabled by default. The retention period is 12 months. CAFE Improvements: Upgrades CAFE to version 1.9; Disables video call feature if the user has no camera or is offline; Adds option to create a list of users by group. This setting can be altered and you may switch between group or user views; Layout improvements for mobile devices; Adds a configuration interface where the Administrator may configure which users can talk via chat; Adds State Description on the Chat / Phone and Video buttons; Adds a filtering feature on notifications; Adds a sound notification when user receives new chat messages; Adds the ability to turn off chat, and Myfiles features; Adds options to configure applications by group and profile; Adds the ability to add emotions to a post; Notifies the user of the emotions that are placed in his post; Adds option to enable the public access mode; Allows to publish pictures and YouTube videos on posts and comments; Adds static Gifs that work with a click; Adds an option to insert photo albums; Adds buttons to like comments;

3 Adds an option to disable the phone on the UCoIP bar; CAFE in factory mode (only applies for new or clean installations). Fax improvements: Adds an option to configure a Fax interface based on previously configured Outbound Routes of SIP type; Adds a new feature of Fax Templates for notification, which allows to use different languages for notification and to customize Fax Templates; Adds a new option to send an for an address, in which the destination number is placed on the subject; Adds a new option to configure the number of dials to send the fax; Adds a new option to "Send all notifications to a mailbox". Groupware improvements: Upgrades Groupware for IPBrick to version (based on Horde Groupware 5.2.7); Adds support for IPBrick Thunderbird plugin version 1.4.2; Upgrades Contacts to version (new layout). Proxy improvements: Adds support to NTLM authentication when authentication type is configured as "Master/Slave/Client"; Adds a new Proxy Policies management web interface. Adds a better support for group-based access restriction on proxy service when it is configured with NTLM authentication (AD Member scenarios only); Adds information about the reason why the page is blocked on "Access Denied" Page; Adds a new option to configure global and individual bandwidth per "Members list"; UCoIP Page Improvements: Upgrades UCoIP Page to version 1.34; Adds a new Webphone based on HTML5, which works on any web browser that supports WebRTC. For other browsers it keeps the old Java Webphone; Adds a WebRTC web Proxy available on URL "webrtcproxy. Adds improvements regarding secure communications (HTTPs); The UCoIP Page of users with special characters on login are automatically redirected to Adds support to use public TURN and STUN servers. Web Interface improvements: New menu organization based on the "Magic Quadrant" IPBrick's logo changes to "IPBRICK OS"; Adds a new protection on the web interface to control fails on connection to the IPBrick web server. Contacts Improvements: Upgrades Contacts to version 5.0.3; Adds all countries by default; Webservices improvements: adds new functions to configure access permissions for entities. Solved Issues: Solves issues related with the synchronization of configurations on High Availability module, when the system is configured in IPBrick Secondary Master authentication mode; Solves issues on SIP outbound routes related to the P-Asserted-Identity option; Solves problems on Click2dial feature which were blocking calls by SIP URI.
