2 COMPANY PROFILE Established on Oct to design and manufacture Linear Transformer and charger. Capital : USD 800,000. August of 2002 increased to USD 2,300,000. June of 1995, obtained ISO9002 certification 2001,obtained ISO2000(9001) August of 1996, started to design and manufacture Magjack Transformer for Data Communication ( Local Area Networks ) of 10/100 MB Base-T. June of 1998, design 10/100/1000 MB Base-T components and mass product on December Coeval started to ISDN, E1, T1, E3, T3 communication components and started to designed RJ45 Magjack. Year of 2000, renovate factory in Taiwan and built own factory in Mainland China. Year of 2001, started t to design and manufacture series of Power Inductor for P3,P4P4 Year of 2002, started to design and manufacture DC/DC Converter & VDSL modules. 2

3 COMPANY PROFILE Year of 2003, converting gproducts to be Lead-free containing. Devoted to Power Over Ethernet ( PoE ) application. Year of 2004, expanded high power Adapter, 10GBase-T Ethernet and RJ 45 module integrates PCI express chip. Produce Green Parts in compliance with RoHS Directives. Year of 2005, plan to design and manufacture high Inverters for TFT backlight. Year of 2006, start to design 10G Ethernet and Backlight module for TFT-LCD TV application. Year of 2007, start to produce 10G Ethernet and USB to RJ45 LAN Adapter application. Year of 2008, start to produce USB to RJ45 LAN Adapter and Ethernet to Serial Module application. Year of 2009,start to produce LAN Transformer automation and LED power design. Year of 2010,plan to design 100G Ethernet and LED power produce. 3
