14 Performance Evaluation OOB Low OOB is mandatory for dynamic and fragmented spectrum allocation. Time windowing and filtering are key techniques to reduce OOB emissions.

18 Conclusions 5G can overcome the last frontier for universal Internet access. Current technology is able to support long range services. Cognitive radio can reduce the operational cost using license-free TVWS. Performance tests show that implementation loss is affordable. Field tests are necessary to confirm laboratorial evaluation.
