6 OPTICAM Pricelist 09/ # Description MULTIPLE DISCOUNT By buying more licenses at the same time, we offer the following multiple discounts For orders of 2 licenses, 2 modules, or 2 macros, we offer a 10% discount For orders of 3 licenses, 3 modules, or 3 macros, we offer a 15% discount For orders of 4 licenses, 4 modules or 4 macros and more we offer a 20% discount 37 OPTICAM LEASING For leasing a OPTICAM system we charge a leasing rate of 20 % of the regular system price. The leasing rate will be charged for 1 year in advance. If the system is bought, becoming 50 % of the rent already paid credited to the selling price. Without crediting the rent we charge a leasing rate of 12 % of the regular system price. For leasing a OPTICAM system longer than one year a maintenance agreement is necessary. With credit 20 % of the system costs Without credit 12 % of the system costs 38 OPTICAM TRIAL INSTALLATION We offer trial installations. Therefore we offer the system to a potential customer for a period of maximum 3 months.precondition for a test-installation of OPTICAM is that one person will visit an OPTICAM training session at Camtek or at customers side. The upgrade costs for a subsequent update of OPTICAM, additional modules and special macros are 15% of system cost. The maximum upgrade costs are 50% of the license price 15 % Duration and Cancellation of the Contract The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. It can be terminated on both sides for the first time after a period of three years, with a 3 months notice period to the end of the quarter.
